great customer service, I loves their copper and designs, I brought their jug, same product 5 years ago and just brought a new one a month ago, I realized the new one has a rid, old version didn't. I contacted the seller and wanted to buy a rid for my old one. They responded back right away and gave me a free one. Their copper is beautiful, water test great. that is why I keeps buying it :) Thank you.

Update: I ordered with a lid and it didn’t come with a lid. I returned asking for one with a lid, and now I have it with a lid. Great looking and high quality material.

The water is so good, we filter the water before filling it.

I purchased this copper pitcher I thought it was the est one out there when I got it the bottom was all black I am worried it is not real copper

I like it. Lid does not stay on when you pour. Doesn’t have any seals to hold it on.

I was pleasantly surprised at the thickness of the copper and the sturdiness of handle on the pitcher. The hammered finish on it is very well done and, when the inevitable happens, the hammered finish will help to conceal my indiscretions. It is a testament to the adage to buy quality the first time and only cry once. And as for Mea culpa, I am using it, not as it was intended, but as an attractive, non-disgusting, countertop compost container--I know, I know--but who can say what it will become in its next incarnation.

Box exterior was undamaged. Came packed with plenty of paper. Handle was broke off. Doubt it would survive too long with how it is both secured and how thin it is. Will still use and will try to secure the handle back on.

I was hesitant to buy this jug because of the price, and the mixed reviews that flow all over Amazon. I pulled the trigger and when it arrived I was soooo pleased! I did review the dimensions of this product and compared it to others and it’s the exact size I need ! Just beautiful, I’m sure when people come over I’ll get compliments on it, but we haven’t had anyone in our new place yet.
