I need to stay above 6.0 on the protein chart each time I go to the plasma center to donate. Three tablespoons of hemp seeds have almost 10 grams of protein. I haven’t had any problem keeping my protein up to be able to give plasma twice weekly. The hemp seeds really help me.

The seeds taste great just by themselves. I take a spoonful in the morning and they taste like a nut bar I used to eat.
