I now have 5 wifi lights for the front of the house and I can change the level of white with my phone or turn them on when ever I want or turn them off...

I first bought one of these lights about 2 years ago, and there is some difference in color rendering between that bulb and these newer version bulbs, but they all work in the same app and work together well. These lights, once paired, are easy to use from Alexa or the phone app allowing routines to be set up and automation of the lighting. Color variation is vast and there are settings for warm or daylight with a single touch while it's also possible to explore the range of colors by selecting from a color wheel. Overall, the range of colors is impressive and the selections of preset scenes makes it easy to find my preferences. There is a setting to use wifi signal to detect movement to activate the lights. In my experience, this is more gimmick than feature. It worked poorly and made the normal light functions fail. Of the multi-color lights that I have purchased, I keep coming back to this brand for ease of use and user interface on the app. Good enough that I now have 7 of this bulb in my home.

I have a set of 4 of these lights and have had numerous issues with them. From not responding, to connection failing, poor app, and now one of the lights operates completely independently of the other 3 no matter what setting I have them on. they no longer respond to Alexa commands, but at least 3 of them stay uniform when i turn the light switch on and off manually, the 4th is ALWAYS a different color. Tried the pairing process again to see if it would alleviate the issues, and they won't even connect despite all being on the same 2.4ghz wifi band.

Overall, a great affordable option compared to Hue. No router. Unlimited number of devices (if I remember correctly). Pairing was a bit finicky. But once setup, Lights work almost perfectly. I’ve had one socket that doesn’t love blue sometimes; but I think it’s a socket issue. Have been durable for 3 years without needing replacement. I strongly recommend!

I went through quite a journey finding color changing lights that also had an app interface that was straightforward but you can also do a lot. I saw WIZ products at Home Depot and decided to give them a shot... three months later... we have Wiz lights and products everywhere. Recommendation- get the remote as well- it's nice to have if your phone isn't around / you don't want to open the app or use an alexa or siri interface. Overall, the brightness, color schemes, wake up function, automation, ease to set up--at 1/4 the price of Hue bulbs. Someone also said that they are made in the same facility. I have also tried Govee lights but the Wiz App and light quality is superior at a similar price point.
