Can these silicone cooking utensils with wooden handles be used in dishwashers?

Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the utensils. Due to the solid wood handles, we do not recommend soaking or dishwasher cleaning. However, the tongs are dishwasher safe.

Are these silicone kitchen utensils food safe?

Yes! They are made of natural food-grade silicone, heat resistant up to 320°F, BPA-free, and completely safe for everyday use.

The new cooking utensils seem to have a weird smell, is it normal/safe?

Don't worry — this is normal and safe. For first use, soak the utensils in warm soapy water for 30 minutes, then air dry for 3 hours. The silicone smell will fade completely.
