Replace this part, not the whole pump
Fix your pool pump for cheap! My older pool pump died 3 years ago. The pool supply company wanted hundreds of dollars to repair it. I ordered this part, popped it in and it fired right up again. Just make sure you follow all safety steps before removing the old one, especially discharging it, to avoid getting shocked. Also, make sure you measure correctly and get the same volts, etc.. The first one failed after about 2 years, but still well worth the price of replacing the entire pump.

Perfect replacement
This was a perfect replacement for my pool pump. It works great 3 months later.

Don't last long
Capacitors didn't even last a year, one bulged and another went down in microfarads from 50uf to 30uf. Very disappointed in this product. Though they were going to last since they look well made from the outside but not sure about the inside.
