Very good product. The phone app is well-designed and easy to use. I had no difficulty pairing it with the wristband. The wristband is comfortable to wear and did not interfere with my sleep. When the alarm vibrated, it was enough to awaken me immediately. My only minor niggle is that there's no way to program it for a duration of time, making it vibrate after (say) 20 minutes. I need to calculate the actual time in order to do that.

Mine failed to work after one month and there are no customer service support available. The screen flashes on and off very fast and failed to charge

Keeps time perfectly and alarm wakes me up even on the lowest vibration setting. Well worth the money.

I have a hearing impairment and I’m a farmer so need to be up very early. It wakes me fine but not the wife and kids. Much better than a conventional alarm.

It stopped working after 8 months of use

Could be better. But best option for silent vibration style alarm. Allows for use with ear plugs. Will be good for travel I think.

It worked OK for 3 days the screen back light stopped working so ent it back.

Worked great and helped my hard of hearing daughter with independently waking, however, after several months it just stopped working.l and wont connect to blue tooth

Bin sehr zufrieden. Die Vibration weckt besser, als akustische Wecker und für den Preis ist es auch sehr langlebig.

Weckt gut . Man kann aber nur 4 Wecker einstellen . Das nervt . Hab sonst mehrere Wecker .

I got this product to help me wake up in the mornings, as due to noise sensitivity Alarms either would leave me in pain or my hearing would shut off so my brainc ould sleep. This worked great for a few months...and then the App that is required to program the alarm stopped working, as it proprietary locks the app from working until I submit an e-mail verification to their service. I submitted my e-mail for that...and they have never sent to me in turn a confirmation e-mail depsite trying to get this fixed for WEEKS now. Now I can't change the band's alarm times to when I needed it to be set, so the entire product is WORTHLESS. I have tried reaching out to the support team, but they Refuse to send me any response.
