Beautiful suitcase, and a great value

Good & i find it as having good value for money

I’m pretty happy with this luggage. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and looks nice. My only complaint is it scuffs very easily, especially when handled by baggage handlers who are just doing their job but often without care for visual damage to the bag

I purchased my first Ricardo back in College 2005 for my over seas trip. Back then the logo was two red palm trees. Fast forward to 2025, I’m here to purchase another for my son who’s going to college and for myself. Only because the zipper on the corner tore. But all else is still in perfect condition even the carry on. 20 years and no issues. I would recommend to alter the zipper sewing on the corner. My husband has heavy hands. Here’s to another 20 years.

This suitcase did not hold up. I got it a few weeks ago for a multi city three week trip. One wheel got dented in and will only roll if you hold the suitcase at an angle after the first flight. A week later zippers are breaking. I have a smaller version i have used without issue for years - but this model does not hold up.

I had the old Ricardo Montecito and it got cracked at the top and scratches all over. Therefore, I decided to go with the newer version and to make sure to cover it with an additional bag cover or wrapping it at the airport, or else the leather parts will be scratched.
