Good product. Worth the price. Mild fragrance, which I prefer. Previously I used Dove Light hydrate compared to that this is Slightly thicker than I expected it to be. Does a fair job at hydrating the skin. I really appreciate the twist knob design, makes it spill proof to carry or store.

Repeated Defective Pump - Please improve packing quality
The lotion is great, but the pump quality is terrible. My first bottle worked fine, but the next three bottles (across two purchases) all had defective pumps that wouldn't dispense the lotion despite multiple attempts. My return/refund request was also rejected. Please improve the packaging quality.
