Good product
Product arrived intact as in good condition. Temperature readings are accurate and verified with a mercury thermometer. Quality appears good, I wish the mounting clip didn't fall off so easily. It vanished within 2-3 days of use. The size is perfect for deep cookpots, commercial cooking. The functionality is as advertised.

Este termómetro es perfecto para controlar la temperatura con precisión. Lo he comparado con otro que tenía y ambos marcan exactamente lo mismo, lo cual me da confianza en su fiabilidad. Además, me ha permitido descubrir lo mucho que baja la temperatura del aceite en la freidora cuando añades alimentos para freír, lo que es realmente útil para ajustar el tiempo de cocción y obtener mejores resultados. En resumen, un producto práctico y preciso que ha superado mis expectativas.

Ci arriva ben confezionato in scatola di cartone, include una clip in acciaio per agganciarlo ad una pentola, una batteria AAA per alimentarlo, un tappo per proteggere la punta, le istruzioni in italiano. Ha una lunga punta da 25 cm circa in acciaio inossidabile per prendere la temperatura in sicurezza. Ha 2 bottoni, ON/OFF che se tenuto premuto piú a lungo cambia da gradi centigradi a Fahrenheit, ed un tasto touch per la retroilluminazione. Il display é molto chiaro e leggibile. La lunga punta puó anche essere angolata a piacere. Complessivamente un valido termometro comodo per misurare le temperature, ad esempio dell'olio nelle fritture. Valido comunque in tante altre situazioni in cui é importante avere una precisa misurazione della temperatura nella cottura e preparazione del cibo. Consigliato.

Really easy to use. Put in the battery. Take off the protective cover from the probe, use the supplied pot clip, and your cooking. It made my jam making much more accurate and repeatable batch by batch. It’s nice and accurate.
