2 years sober this July. This yeast makes super wine 😄 I couldn't let it sit for over a week without getting into it and damn it was strong. Got a yeast infection in my pee hole lmao had a doctor look at it 🙃

Works as advertised. But actually you can get around 10% in just 24 hours.Just keep it in a warm place and brews very quick.Drinking some right now after 24 hours..Pretty clean taste and definitely 10% .
