I didn't want an ugly silver vent hose, or a rigid one either. This one is almost PERFECT. I love the clean white color. It's super flexible which can be a pro or a con. I like that I can move it out of the way when needed, as I have a really tight setup. The ONLY change I'd make is to have slightly thicker material. I feel that it's thin enough that I could poke a hole into it. Perhaps that's not the case, but it feels that way. It hasn't happened so far, even when I had to really manipulate the hose to install it onto my dryer and vent. So don't let that trip up your decision to buy. It's really a great item, affordable and just the length I wanted. AND it comes with the clamps to install, saving me a little more money.
