Good parts for the price. Make sure you have the post 99 turbo and stand. Early 99 may not work here. If you expect this to be perfect match, you are sadly mistaken. We hooked up the up pipes first, the down pipe second and it left the turn askew on the stand. Had to pry it square and send ratchet straps down behind to motor to pull in into position. And, it's perfect. Truck runs great now but it's some work for diyers

Don’t buy this is a nightmare very poor quality plus is missing a metal gasket is supposed come with 2 metal gaskets is only one I stay 3 hours on phone to get replacement never buy again there poor casting nothing fit on my truck and the Custommer Service is the worst ever

Great replacement for the poor designed OEM up-pipes on a Ford 7.3 Powerstroke. Did a lot of research on installation and following a lot of the recommendations, the installation went in fairly easy. Took about 8 hours to remove all the top end parts including the turbo, installing the up-pipes, and reinstall top end parts. Make sure you leave the bolts slightly loose when installing until you get the turbo in, then tighten all the bolts and billows will allow flexibility. No more leaks at the connecting gaskets.

Received first order, and turbo alignment pin was cocked at a roughly 15* angle. Ordered replacement set, and alignment pin only slightly cocked, so, figuring counterbore was main mating feature and pin was for rough orientation alignment, proceeded with arduous task of replacing old up pipes. After trying to get pin engaged, and counterbore in Y-pipe to seat on turbo, for half an hour (adjusted pin angle, shortened pin length (~1/8” longer than factory), tapered pin; to no avail), compared location of pin to factory. Pin offset from housing centerline different from factory, and no way physically possible to mate pin and counterbore to turbo. Ground pin flush, aligned Y-pipe by eye, looking up up pipe connection port, and locked it down with V-band. Very frustrating install, and only saving grace was I had transmissions out for rebuild. I do not envy, and deeply respect, those that attempt this with transmission in the vehicle.

The pin is slightly off but removing it or grinding the pin a little smaller allows it to fit fine. The for the price.

If you’ve ever done up-pipes on a 7.3 you know it’s a nightmare. These were no different. But it’s been several months and I haven’t had to mess with them since install. Good enough for me.
