I also have Atrial Fibrillation and get very breathless when trying to walk any distance without help. Having researched upright walkers on the internet I was particularly interested in this machine. It looked and sounded impressive but nothing prepared me for the difference it is making to my way of life. Conventional walkers can be useful but most of them cause the user to stoop over the handles and, for me, this causes a lot of discomfort. With this upright rollator, for the first time in years, I can walk up to the local town or along the sea front where we are fortunate to live, keeping in an upright position and with no back pain or discomfort in my neck and shoulders. In addition to this I have had no trouble with my breathing. For me, what sets it apart from other machines are the adjustable and very comfortable arm rests which take so much pressure off my back when walking. They keep the body upright which alleviates the pain of walking. The machine is very well built, fully adjustable to the most comfortable height and, if you get tired, it has a good seat with a padded back rest. It comes with a one year guarantee which, upon registration is extended to three years.
