Well not a lot you can say about a fuse, but these come in a pack of 10 which will probably last you a life time. These are normally used in audio equipment such as amplifiers. Many people are not aware of them, but on the rear of the equipment (Usually near to where the power supply is)you will see a small access cover that unscrews. You need to ensure that you replace fuses with slow-blow and that is identified by the letter 'T' in the T1.6A. Normal fuses will blow immediately on power-on whilst these fuses can withstand the initial power-on surge, but still offer protection. It's the kind of thing you'd replace every 10 - 15 years or so, so if they are popping quicker, then your equipment is probably carrying a fault. This handy 10 pack will ensure enough peace of mid to either restore functionality or at least identify a fault. The supplier of these particular ones processed the order in a day which was impressive.
