Why is my zip upside down?

1st zip is manufactured as a safety precaution so young children cannot access the beanbag filling. From experience, this saves a lot of potential hassle, you’ll thank us! Please refer to the washing instructions above for a further explanation.

My beanbag is too full/hard, what can I do?

The beanbags are filled to capacity when sent out, we recommend tipping out as many beads as needed to make the beanbag feel ideal for you. Following this, we recommend storing the bead for a later date for top-ups if the beanbag feels flattened.

How do I wash my beanbag?

We fill our beanbags in-house, therefore they will need to be emptied should you wish to wash the cover. The easiest way to empty the cover is to use one of our easYfill washbags that can be ordered directly from our page.

Does the beanbag come filled?

We supply all of our products pre-filled with beans. Due to courier restrictions some of our larger products are shipped part-filled and require simple assembly, for more instructions follow the diagram above (for both assembly and washing).
