L'appareil est plus petit que j'avais pensé. Pour l'instant, ça semble très bien ça me permet de forcer dans beaucoup de positions différentes pour faire travailler différents muscles. So far so good. This little machine has a good amount of resistance I am enjoying the exercises it targets the upper body well. I find that sometimes the screws and nuts get a little loose so you must remember to tighten them. Im glad i brought this.

At first, I thought this was pretty good - decent resistance, easy to store. But after a few months of use (not daily), it started to leak. For £60, that's ridiculous.
