Grey colour . Good sober and not very loud. 3 step easy wash for all ages and people like moms,maids and kids 12 program preset from daily, eco,heavy only spin and dry . All useful modes. Toughend Glass top lid which is not soft close . Need to be careful with what u keep on top. The heater option is a must have and v good but takes long in this mode. Avg washing cycle is arnd 1hr and the min from 45mins to 2.5 hrs max The drying quality is aound 60 to 70 % . This could have got better . The cone in the middle of the drum occupies space making the space inside feel limited for clothes .ref pic alomst 6inch in length Heavy clothes like curtain and sofa covers can be washed well . I have covered the glass with a glass sticker to give it a better look .u can try too. For a family of 4to 6 daily washing needs well taken care Have side holding slots for careing and moving but no wheels

buying this product is one of the blunders in my life. within 2 years of buying we faced one problem or the other every 3 months. it is a long harrowing story, so i would straight jump to our latest problem: a month back, it would stop working giving "power fluctuation error" (Note though the power is between 210 to 240 volts & it is using their own external stabilizer that i had to buy from them for Rs.3,500/). after several calls, their service engineer came & replaced the mother board. that solved the "power fluctuation" problem. but we were not able to select any washing program beyond 3! though there are 12 programs! it seems the mother board is not compatible with the machine. after several calls, the engineer says it must be the display panel problem & he would come to change it (hopefully it solves that problem). fed up with so many problems, i am seriously thinking of going for a new one, especially with amazon festive offers are now on. this is the first product in my life that i would be replacing during its warranty period itself! there customer care is worst than their product. they have a whatsapp number for it. most irritating service. it is managed by AI (a crude automatic answering system). after the welcome message it would say "Please give us a moment while we fetch your details..." and it would proceed to ask you for your address, after you enter your full address complete with pincode, it would ask you to enter your "pincode" !!! after that it would ask for the product. getting a faulty product is understandable, we may blame it on our bad luck, but getting such pathetic customer service is not acceptable.

Pros: 1. Washing quality is excellent while using stain remover, and normal washing is good 2 water usage is low when compared to other washing machines 3 6th sense is so good anyone can operate the machine 4 12 program wash is there to cover different kinds of wash 5 delivery is done on said date by Amazon and installation done by whirlpool service excellently without delay by same day of delivery Cons : 1 little bit extra sound while washing Overall quality is worth of money better to go for this machine in open top type. The products are always good and as specified - value for money spent but the installation from whirlpool is always a bone-breaking task. Same thing happened with whirlpool fridge also - damaged product was replaced but the installation guy did not notice and the overall thing took too long. The noise of the machine is considerable The buttons and selections are a little complicated The cleaning is awesome and so is the heating feature The time of wash is much longer than a haier machine Overhead cost of stand and cover and tap and all is about 2-2.5k They try to sell you a water softener thing which is not needed The wire is very short

Pros: 1. The product was well packed and delivered at the promised time by Amazon and the delivery guys were also professional. 2. The washing machine has a lot of features but we won't use most of them. 3. There is a 3 Button click system (Power, Mode, Start) which is pre-defined for typical Indian household usage with a general mode i.e soak - wash - Rinse - Dry mode as P1 readily available which reduces our work on the machine to wash the clothes. 4. In case if we need to wash clothes in hot water, that is just a button click action. 5. Minimal sound compared to our old Samsung Wobble 3D W machine. 6. While drying clothes, the tub is controlled properly without touching the walls avoiding annoying noise which is a good thing. 7. Express wash feature really helps when we are in a hurry to wash the clothes. Which typically reduces at least 10-15 minutes of time, (can vary as per individual usage) 8. Indication of how much washing powder is required for every wash is another good feature. 9. Didn't find a slot to take out the wash lint which is now painless. 10. Zero pressure fill technology is really good. I can see a little difference while the water is filled into a tub compared to our previous machine where the flow of water was very slow. Con: There's only 1 button for 12 wash modes, which makes us click 11 times in case if we accidentally go to 2nd mode and want to go back to the regular predefined 1st mode. No other cons as I can tell for now after 1 week of usage.

+ Output - nicely cleaned clothes Good look I Got free installation as the tap was approprite for the machine Got delivered in good time by amazon, without any damage - Off centred wobbly operation even at light loads and properly distributed loads (unsure how many months will it last) So far working nicely(2 days) Tap needs to be of specific type(see youtube videos) otherwise inlet pipe will not be installed by installation team or they might charge you for new tap installation
