The original tabs were great. But, a few months ago they switched them to a terrible adhesive and basically ruined the product. The adhesive would tear my skin and not stay on very well. However, this newest order the tabs are great again. It seems they have changed them yet again, but now for the better and more reminiscent of the original tabs. Very, very happy with this new change.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s Like Having 20/20 Vision for Your Nose! My boyfriend convinced me to just try these, and I honestly didn’t expect them to make such a difference. Now I practically never want to take mine off! My breathing and sleeping have improved so much. One of the craziest things I noticed was that the dark, puffy bags under my eyes decreased almost overnight. I’m also using WAY fewer tissues now that everything in my nose and sinuses feels more open instead of so congested and squeezed together. Honestly, they should send your first order with a box of tissues—because it might be the last box you need for a while. 😂 And then came the rodeo. I’m allergic to EVERYTHING, so I fully expected that walking around with my nose held wide open would mean I’d be inhaling every speck of dust, pollen, and whatever else was floating around out there. I thought I’d be sneezing like crazy. I didn’t sneeze. Not. Even. Once. I was genuinely shocked. I can’t say the strips caused that or that they treat allergies, but that was my experience—and considering how easily my allergies normally act up, I definitely noticed it! I’ve noticed a difference while hiking too. I can do more and breathe so much more freely. The best way I can describe it is like getting 20/20 vision for your nose. I didn’t realize how restricted my breathing was until I experienced what it felt like to actually breathe clearly. We even have our daughter trying them out with us! A few things I’ve learned: Let the magnetic adhesive tabs sit on clean, dry skin for about 5 minutes before putting the hard magnetic band on. Mine can last up to around 24 hours, although water, sweat, and oily skin definitely shorten how long they stick. I’ve also been experimenting with placement. Moving the tabs slightly higher, more toward where I feel sinus pressure rather than directly beside my nostrils, gives me a different feeling of openness. I’m still figuring out exactly what placement works best for me, but there’s definitely a noticeable difference depending on where I put them. What started with my boyfriend saying, “Just try it,” has turned into something I use constantly. Better breathing, better sleep, fewer tissues, easier hiking—and apparently I can survive a dusty rodeo without sneezing my head off. 😂 Seriously, it feels like 20/20 vision for your nose.

I have moderate obstructive sleep apnea and and moderate deviated septum and I love using these. I use them mainly at night, but I find myself wearing them a few hours after I wake up because I can actually breathe with them on. At night, I still snore at night, but I still feel significantly more rested when I wear these. I've seen others talk about a few of the stickers in the pack not being sticky enough to stay, but the only time I personally experienced this was when I did not clean the area first. You do have to play around with the location of where you place them, but even if I don't put it on the perfect spot, it still helps out so much.

I've been using intake breathing for 2 years. Up until last month It was an absolute five star product. The nose tabs never came loose overnight and the product was like a dream. Unfortunately, last month or so they changed the nose tabs. They are now thinner and flimsier, which would not be a big deal, except for the fact that almost every single night for the last several weeks since they changed, the nose tabs have failed overnight. In about half of the failures one tab will come completely off, but almost every single night at least one of the tabs has lifted partiall, which prevents the nose band from keeping my nose open like it used to. It used to be a product that I told everyone was the absolute best thing for weak knows walls, deviated septums, just if you didn't breathe well at night. Used to be amazing. But now I don't think I'll even buy the product anymore because it's absolutely not effective. I haven't changed anything about the way I apply the nose tabs, and have even started using their new prep pads, which are just alcohol swabs. I don't remember them ever actually having prep pads for the last 2 years, I just recently noticed them. They must have realized that they're new nose tabs are not the same quality adhesive as the old one. I never needed to do anything but wash my nose with soap and water with the old style nose pads. I literally had zero failures over the past 2 years. And now almost every night I have at least a partial failure with lifting, or a total failure where the nose tab actually comes completely off. I contacted customer service several times to let them know that the new tabs are now basically useless to me. Their response was that the new design only changed the appearance of the tab and not the adhesivehe. But I can guarantee that as soon as the nose tabs changed, which was very evident because it went from a white package to a black package, they immediately began to fail, where they had never failed before. If the skin on your nose is even slightly oily, I seriously doubt that this product will work for you. I am a 60-year-old woman who has normal to dry skin. This product literally went from a five-star dream product to a one-star failure overnight with the change.

Been using this product for almost a year and it works. I breathe better at night so I sleep better. It's a little pricey but so far the best strips out there. Make sure you remove excess moisturizer or else it won't stick well. Highly recommended

The product is great overall, does exactly as described. The sticky tabs do not last long, not sticky enough. Need more heavy duty sticky tabs option!! They don’t stay on with sweat or once nose gets slightly oily. Only complaint-not sticky enough!

i prefer these to breathe right strips. i got the sample starter pack to find my size. these are much easier on the skin than breathe right and i get more expansion. i even wear them when i sing to assist with tone and breath. and if i forget to wear it at night, i can absolutely feel it in the morning, and not in a good way. i have to use a nasal dilator and mouth tape and the difference is really palpable. i even bought the travel case for intake because i seriously can’t live without them, unless i want to wake up feeling like garbage the next day because i was suffocating all night with my less than stellar sinuses.

I am upgrading these strips as they changed the backing sheet for the nose stickers. The changes make removing the strip EASY. The idea is 5 star. Now the execution matches. But the refills have a ton of cut outs per sheet. It makes it difficult for a guy with big fingers. Actually I would prefer that there were NO tear lines or whatever they are. Some mechanical engineer that was totally drunk designed the refill sheets. Manufacturer - save some money and eliminate the cut outs. As it is they can be frustrating to apply.

The quality has been declining week over week, the new design is horrible and the adhesive are too weak to an extent they are unusable.

Not the same as the original one fro Intake breathing. The metal against the skin is not covered and the strips off the back are more challenging to remove.

I order 3 packages of 90 and received 3 packages of 30. I have received no response to feedback. Lame

Paid for 60 days only received 30, bit of a rip off. Not sure if this was an error but I’m returning it
