A great portable keyboard and another RK win
I’ve become a convert to RK keyboards over the past year. I now have one at home (S98), one at the office (M87), and now this one for travel. I’ve been generally impressed with the quality of RK products for their astonishingly reasonable prices. The R75 is no different. The size is perfect for traveling. I picked up a Geekria 75% case for it (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CM8M16RF), and it fits nicely into my backpack. As far as the keyboard goes, the keys have a very nice sound and responsiveness. Using the RK app interface, I picked out a solid backlight color that is pleasant. There are tons of lighting options. I swapped out the home key for an end key, which was easy. Remapping it with the RK interface was also quite easy. The battery lasts seemingly forever, even with the backlights. The R75 is yet another example of why I’m an RK devotee.

Solid, budget-priced keyboard with a nice set of features
The keyboard is a good 75% layout that offers some nice features, especially for a budget-priced item. The construction of the case is plastic, but it is decent quality. The interior of the case has several foam layers that dampen the sound. The cream switches, combined with the foam, do produce a creamy sound, but the PCB is hotswappable. I installed silent switches, and the keyboard is now nearly dead silent. So, changing switches will change the keyboard's sound signature. The key caps are full doubleshot PBT. They feel solid to the touch. The RGB effects are quite bright. If you are in an office setting, you can change the effects and lower the brightness level if needed. The keyboard offers nice functionality in that the volume knob is removable. The keyboard offers the option to transform that space to a "home" key, which I used. Switching out the knob proved no problem. If the user wants to further customize the keystrokes, the R75 is recognized by QMK/VIA. Connecting the keyboard to VIA was easy, and YouTube tutorials are available to help you. If you want a 75% with much of the feature set of a higher-priced custom keyboard but at a budget-tier price, the R75 is a good option.

I love it
The sound of the keyboard is very creamy and exactly what I was looking for. The keyboard is solid in terms of weight. Feels like an expensive keyboard. The size is good for a smaller space. I don’t like not having a number pad, but that’s on me. The battery life is pretty good. Lasts at least a couple of days. I haven’t really tried it past that though. I’d definitely recommend it if you like creamy sounding keyboards that are reasonably priced.

Good Quality
I liked this so much I bought my son one. I bought this for my htpc and because it sits on my couch I didn't want to spend much on a couch keyboard but I still wanted a nice mechanical keyboard and this fit the bill. The switchs have a real nice feel to them and for those that no qnce you use a keyboard with mechanical switchs a membrane one just won't do. The build feels solid with really no noticeable flex and the battery life is good. As far as the functionality of this I needed something smaller than a full-sized keyboard that still had arrow and F-Keys and this had both. In the looks department this is also a plus because it looks good and the RGB looks good and is not overpowering.

Retro and cool
This keyboard is cool! My mother ended up buying this for my son as a trade for the keyboard he hated that she liked. He asked for this, and he said it's even better than he expected. Some of the lighting features on it are super cool. But the sound and the feel are top notch. Bluetooth paired well, and it has a wireless dongle if you want to use that. Plus, it can connect wired for recharging. It's connected to a Mac, works well, but you may need to swap the Command and Option keys (that's what we did). I may end up getting a different model for myself, most likely with the number pad. I really liked it.

Highest Quality Creams I've Used
The switches on this little keyboard surprised me with how tactile they were. The creams are my new favorite switch and they're super satisfying to type with. Overall happy with the quality of the device - comes with a wireless dongle and bluetooth to connect it to a phone. The battery hasn't died yet for a week and the RGB is a nice little touch. I also like how it's a small keyboard, but still has the FN keys. Great for video editors like myself.

I’ve been considering a mechanical keyboard for my work laptop for a while - something portable enough to take to the office but still enjoyable to use at home. After an unfortunate juice spill left my laptop keys sticky, I decided to make the switch and chose the Royal Kludge R75 after seeing the brand get a lot of positive reviews and recommendations online. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This keyboard is an absolute joy to type on. The keys have a great sound and feel, and the hot-swappable switches are a fantastic bonus, giving me the freedom to customise later if I choose. The wireless and Bluetooth modes work seamlessly, and the battery life has been solid so far, lasting through a week so far without needing a charge (that's with the dongle being used at home and BT in the office with the RGB on a very low brightness) Despite being lightweight due to its plastic construction, the keyboard feels surprisingly robust and well-built. It’s easy to carry around, making it perfect for someone who works in multiple locations. The RGB lighting looks brilliant and can be customised to suit your preference, while the replaceable keycaps offer even more personalisation options. Overall, this is a fantastic keyboard that combines portability, performance, and customisability. Highly recommended - definitely a 5-star product offering superb value if you manage to get it on sale.
