I have been taking this probiotic for 3weeks now.4days on and four days off,with my paleodiet and feel stronger inside .tastes good.arrived on time.I thought it was a little bit expensive

Excellent product, especially if you're having to take antibiotics
This is a great product for general gut health, I have it regularly, & as it's so concentrated you need very little at a time. I would highly recommend it for if/when you have to have a course of antibiotics- make sure you take it in between antibiotic doses & you shouldn't lose too many good bacteria from your guts! (If you get diarrhoea from the antibiotics, this should help stop it fast; it certainly did for me).
