Does the job
Not quite what I was looking for. No fault of the products. I was hopeful it would relieve tension on my neck but it isn’t elongating enough. I think I’ll try inflatable or extendable option

Problem with picking up rights size
Soft enough for comfortDelivered just in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately I picked wrong size. All advertising sellers do not mention how to measure size of those. I found on YouTube but it was late. Amazon accepted returns without any trouble.
