Berryman Products 2209 B-12 Chemtool Air-Intake Cleaner [VOC Compliant in All 50 States]

I used this brand for years and still does a great job every time I use it, I usually clean once a year so I don’t have so dirty throttle body that requires agitation with brush, highly recommend this brand it still good price and works great for what it’s meant for.

Fixed my 2013 GSXR 750 sticking throttle issue. No it was not the cables as mine are mint and lubed perfectly. It was the actual grime on the inside of the throttle bore and shaft running through the throttle body. Spray some on a rag tied to a plastic thin tool and clean away, thoroughly. Spray directly onto your throttle bores/shaft/butterflies LIGHTLY but be sure to get each entry/exit point of the throttle shaft (8 total) and wipe down with a microfiber. 10k miles and 12 years old now my throttle grip is brand new again. It used to take tremendous force to break open the initial resistance mainly only when the bike was off/cold (Because when it is running obviously air induction assists you with opening the throttle). If you spray directly into the intake make sure to check what valves are open, as one cylinder will have the valves open, so do that one extra lightly. When you go to start the bike it will crank for a few seconds, start, and die, start it 2 or 3 times, watch the white smoke come out for a few seconds, and you've burned it all off, you are good to go.

Didn't do much for my air intake valve, but to it's defense...it was pretty old, and probably past the point of being saved. I was more or less giving it last shot before putting in a new one [which I all ready had prepared]. It did clean out the housing well. Sprays well, easy to use and good price.

As always, a good product! I've used this cleaner for several years. Works well in removing deposits from throttle body. Cleans tools up pretty good too!
