SteelSeries New Arctis Nova 3 Multi-Platform Gaming Headset - Signature Arctis Sound - ClearCast Gen 2 Mic - PC, PS5/PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Mobile

Really great headset as i find wireless can be a gimmick. Led looks great and smooth, would recommend for a PC user mainly as then you can access the steel series software to customise the lights. These however do not fare well with my xbox as the audio crackles and transfers to only one ear after a while. In the description and on the box it said they were xbox compatible but after seeing the amazon title it may have been my mistake. Great for when on a different platform though!

I'm actually really surprised with this headset, and its way better than some of the chunky Razer headsets in the past, sound quality is insane, it has Noise-Cancellation, Its got some heavily customizable LED lights on the side, fits nicely on my big head, comfortable on my ears and so much more. Honestly one of the best Headsets I have purchased in the past 2- 3 years. Yes its price may be double that of which a decent quality Razer Headset for around £30, but its worth the price. I bought this headset a while back towards the beginning of the year, and now its march. Two months (maybe slightly more) and its already broken. I tried connecting it to my PC, and it is recognized as an audio output device, however, when I slip my headset on, I hear absolutely nothing. My microphone and LED presets are working completely fine though. I though I was just going crazy, until I checked and found out that my headset volume was on max and my windows volume was the same. I even thought it was my PC that was bugging, until I tried it on my laptop, and it still didn't work. I tried checking if my windows defaults were set to my Nova 3, and they were. I tried to plug it in to my monitor instead of my PC with the included wire - still nothing. I even checked to see if I had some settings messed up on the Steelseries.GG app, and that came back as no. I even plugged in my old Razer Headset that only works in one ear, and that worked perfectly fine (Only in the right ear of course) and I even went as far as taking it to a Repair Shop to see what my issue was, and they said they didn't know themselves. At this point I was REALLY annoyed, for two reasons: my headset broke, and the fact I paid around £60 for the piece of garbage that lasted a bit under 3 months. I tried getting a refund from Amazon for the hot garbage, but they didn't give me anything since its past their stupid 30 day mark. UPDATE: Took it to a different Repair Guy, and he checked the headset out. This shop did manage to find and fix the issue, so I'm increasing my review to a 4, not a five due to the inconvenience it was going back and forth to get this thing fixed, and also the fact that Amazon, nor SteelSeries, gave me no option to contact any sellers to get it resolved that way.

Headset muito bom, qualidade de graves, bass, som excelentes, o microfone é claro e de qualidade, a voz sai muito bem, porém, sendo sincero e honesto o ponto negativo não é o headset em si, e sim o software da Steelseries, o GG, por mais que tenha várias opções de configurações e também o sonar seja algo interessante com os pre-sets de microfone / fone de ouvido, depois de 3 dias meu microfone simplesmente parou de funcionar se o sonar estivesse ativo, tentei várias configurações do mesmo para fazer com que o microfone funcionasse novamente, e nada, pensei inclusive que era algum problema do headset em si, então desinstalei o GG e testei, o microfone / fone funcionava normalmente, porém num volume bem baixo, reinstalei o GG e agora sim tudo começou a funcionar normalmente de novo. Depois de 2 semanas após esse evento, o headset continua funcionando sem problemas. Porém, se fosse algum usuário leigo, provavelmente teria retornado o produto quando o software da GG resolveu bugar o microfone do headset. Sobre as caracteristicas físicas do headset, é muito bem construido e confortavel, para mim um diferencial também é o fato de que o cabo não vem grudado no headset, ele é separado, então caso o cabo de algum problema ou quebre (o que aconteceu com meu headset antigo da corsair que o cabo literalmente se desfez), você pode arrumar outro cabo e o continuar a utilizar o headset. O RGB é simples mas bonito, que é o que você espera de um headset, não precisa ser uma arvore de natal para ser bonito e elegante. Fico feliz de ter feito a compra, pois adorei o produto, e mais feliz ainda de não ter tido mais nenhum problema após a reinstalação do software da Steelseries.

Bought this for my son, absolutely loved it. Sound quality using windows sonic has lesser issues compared to steelseries software.
