And because things do happen during shipping that are out of control of the business I am changing my rating from 3 stars to 5. I appreciate the care this small business has put into my order.It was easy to set up, the height adjustments are decent for T-Ball aged/size kids. For being plastic and so light weight it's pretty stable. Our driveway is all gravel and we didn't have any issues on the gravel or grass with it standing upright. My 4 year old was having a lot of fun. But when I took it out of the package it had a small crack and bend in it. I figured it would be fine, but my 8 year old hit it just a little too hard and it shattered. So my 4 year old can no longer use the hanging part, but there is still enough space to use the T-ball top hitter piece. She's still able to play with it and she still loves it. I suggest not letting your older kids play with it though because it can break easily. There is a white piece in the tube that is supposed to come of so that you can attach the hanging arm. I don't know why, but the white part absolutely would NOT come off. It even shows in the pictures the white part not being on. But it would not come off. I literally use pliers and a Dremel drill to file it down to be able to fit the piece in to attach the arm. Otherwise, I would have had to exchange it, and my daughter would have flipped out. Definitely would not buy again. It's cute, and probably would be okay if the pieces were correct, but they weren't.
