Orangatang Durian 75 mm Freeride Longboard Skateboard Wheels (Set of 4)

Wanted a slightly larger wheel vs my sector nine race formula wheels,, nine balls i think they are, 70mm. These were perfect i would not like anything larger than 75mm they are wider too so the extra weight on the wheels makes for a noticeable slower acceleration at first but requires less kicks to maintain roll. Just had to kick harder but less often. Maintain a relativity high speed roll considering one kick every 150-300ft, but I put a set of super 6 Swiss's in them when I put them on my board so that plays a roll with one kick for 300ft and still maintaining decent speed. Its soft enough to hit debris and large cracks as long as u are aware and prepared smooth enough to not want softer (orange).. quality is great, no breaking in they are out the package with the nicest texture, no shiny skin to have to wear in that was a huge bonus.. don't let me forget the Color of these orange ones are a Masterpiece, there not translucent but they are in the right lighting making these get alot of comments no lie.. I love the color blend so much I regularly clean them because I like to look at em when I'm not riding.. mine look new still after 8mths of 2-3hrs a week on them. I will not ride these on asphalt until I get divorced from them, right now I'm still on the honey moon vacation and I love em to death, nothing more beautiful hehe, ngl I want to see Oranges sisters tho see if they have that same visual pop ms Purple, and yellah but I doubt it could be better this is about as good on durometer as I could ask for, for me. cruise only, but at a high of speed... 170lbs, 4ft drop thru sector9, 50° trucks if that helps.

I've been using this wheel in an 86a for over a decade now. Best all arounder I've ever used. I'm getting too old to be sliding out like I did in my 20s so I'll probably switch to 83s the next time I need a set. I've used those too in the past and I can still slide them out if I need/want to but being a touch more cushy makes you feel a lot more secure when you're entrenched deep in your thirties and you don't bounce when you fall anymore :/

These took me about a week to break in and now they are cleanly sliding without any chatter. They are comfortable for cruising around too! love the downhill slide but you still need to initiate it with a good kick because these wheels are sticky and responsive as well. Never had them slide out when i didn't want them to. Worth the extra $$ so far

These wheels are on a level of their own, seriously. They were an upgrade for my son’s board and make a huge difference in his confidence to in that he can roll over just about anything without having to worry about taking a fall. They make the ride much more comfortable as well, so smooth - like butter.I bought from Orangatang (seller) and they are fantastic to deal with. I initially ordered the wrong wheels, contacted them, and they cancelled my original order for the wrong wheels within an hour with no hassle or problems.Pleasure dealing with a company with great customer service and great products. I owe a few pairs of their own wheels, two pairs of their knuckle bushings and a pair of the nipple bushings. All are superb products and drastically improve the performance and feel of the boards they are on.

These. Wheels. Are. Amazing. I'm not joking. You can roll over just about anything. They feel so smooth compared to the any other wheels I've had. These wheels are BEEFY and kinda heavy but it's worth every minute I have to carry my board to be able to cruise these bad boys. AND they are purple. boom.

These wheels are much faster than the 70mm wheels I had been using, which makes cruising and downhill more fun. They are also slightly driftier because of their relatively narrow contact patch and hard durometer, and also because the surface of the tread is not smooth but mildly textured, which I assume is meant to simulate a wheel that's been broken in already. I've never done much sliding, but I think I could with these wheels. The factory blemishes seem to be just small bubble pits on the rear face of the wheel (the side without lettering), which I can't imagine affect performance. My only complaint is that getting the bearings in was a very tight fit.

I also have these wheels in orange which are a little softer and offer more grip and a nicer ride on rough pavement. These wheels being harder make them faster on smooth pavement and allow them to slide very well because they have less grip. Orangatang also makes a purple wheel which falls in between the orange and the yellow for hardness. You can't go wrong with any wheel made by Orangatang, they rock...and roll.

I thought my old wheels worked well. I cannot believe how wrong I was. These wheels are awesome. If my old wheels crawled, these dance in comparison. I can make almost any turn, go almost any direction, and do things on my board now I never thought was possible.

Meine ersten Rollen von Orangatang und bin super zufrieden. Rollen liegen gut auf und es macht einfach nur Spaß zu boarden! Unebenheiten werden super ausgeglichen und man rollt mit einmal pushen gefühlt ewig. Nur zu empfehlen. Haben meinem Freund sogar noch 80mm Rollen von Orangatang gekauft.

Comfortable, fast and grippy wheels that looks great as well. My second set with a softer duro. Wheel really last and with rounded edge is not prone to chips or chunks like sharp lips. Also makes it easy to push into a slide if needed. No regrets with orangatang urethane
