I love this mini PC. The value is good, and the size is portable. It doesn't have many USB-C ports, but that is fine for me. I use the USB-C to connect to one of my monitors. There's also an HDMI port to connect to an HDMI port on a monitor. There are also USB A ports in the front where I connect my wired mouse and keyboard. I like that it has many cores and memory for me to be able to use my virtual machines in it. I like that it has Windows Pro, so I can use it with Windows features like virtual machines or Hyper-V. I'm using it for my class too. Use Hyper-V to make virtual machines, and it can keep up as small as it is. Speaking of how small it is, I like how small it is, and it's portable, it seems, and carrying; just carry it to other places like class or somewhere. All you need is just a keyboard, mouse, and a monitor. It seems like it's a very powerful computer for how small it is. For my use case, it does get a bit noisy at times, but that's expected since I'm using it a lot for its memory for my virtual machines and school work. With the memory or RAM it has, it also is very. I can work with many tabs on my browser, and also I can have multiple virtual machines as well. Right now I can have like three virtual machines, which is great, which is what I need. Three virtual machines at the same time. The speed seems to be really fast for my use case. I highly recommend it.

I love this computer. It's running circles around everything else I've ever had. Whisper quiet. Once I powered it on, it spent quite a while downloading Windows updates, which it did smoothly. I've installed VS Code, Docker Desktop, Chrome, and Egnyte, which are my main programs. 'm using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, a small aluminum tablet easel, a ViewSonic portable gaming monitor and an external SSD I save files to. I picked all of this up on Amazon and couldn't be happier with my setup. Not as convenient as grabbing a laptop and running out, if I need to take the whole thing with me, but I have the same KVM stack at each house and my office, so if that's where I'm going, I just grab the system, put it in my bag, and go. Seriously. I'm in love. Value: All the money your spend goes into the processor and memory. Way better than having either a slower processor with all the extras of a laptop or buying a $2000 laptop. USB Ports: Two Cs and for As. One C is driving my monitor and the other tags care of the external drive. I needed to upgrade an old clunky Lenovo tower with an old i5 and 12mB of RAM. After toiling for weeks, I pulled the trigger and bought this computer. I was anxious - this was not the traditional desktop computer I had bought many times in the past. But it seemed to have all the features I wanted. I spent time on YouTube watching reviews. Most rated it as a gaming computer. I don't game. I just wanted a reliable, fast and state of the art computer. I got it!! When it came, I was astounded at the small size, but man, was it easy to get it operating! I literally took it out of the box, plugged it in, plugged in all my USB peripherals, my 4K 35" monitor and hit the start button. It took probably 15 min. before it downloaded updates, etc. and then it performed great. Here's my take: 1. SPEED - for me, it's killer!! I don't game but for any regular application and the web, it's lightning! Applications and files load quickly. This i7 and 32gbs of RAM ROCK! 2. VIDEO - SUPERB. Everything is clear and sharp at 4K. 3. SOUND - very important to me...the sound card or whatever that's embedded in this thing is superb. Crisp, clear, high fidelity, AWESOME. 4. Lots of USB/HDMI and other hookups. State of the art for me...everything works great - wifi, BT, etc. 5. LOOKS - well built, and it's really tiny!!! 6. HEAT - it spews out some warmth from the built in fan, but nothing bad. If you're near it, you can hear the internal fan kick into high gear now and then, but not an issue for me - it's pretty quiet, even if close to me. Seems the same on heat output as my old Lenovo tower. All in all, I am impressed and happy. I just hope it stays reliable and lasts for me.

I purchased to use to stream Amazon music to my DAC so it was overkill since it is a very fast system. Very nice looking unit with plenty of external, USB USBC and hard wired ethernet ports in addition to WIFI. The wired ports is what I was interested in since I stream at the highest possible resolution. 2 HDMI ports and 2 USBC ports allow for 4 monitor viewing. I used 1 HDMI to stream to my 83 inch Samsung OLED and was inpressed with the output. All in all a great little NUC mini PC. Only issue is that unless the unit is standin on it's side the fan makes a very loud noise. Super quiet on it's side which is how I wanted to use it anyway but be advised that if you are going to use it laying flat it could be an issue. It also could be just a one off for the one I received.

Very small footprint, extremely quiet, easy to set up, plenty of power, doesn't get hot. To make up for its few USB ports, I got 10-port powered USB hubs, and spares with 7 ports in case we need them. The monitors use HDMI. They're pretty much all I hoped for when I switched our small company from using laptops as primary machines. I did this switch mainly to get more monitor real estate. We're using the same small form keyboards (pardon the dust) that we did when using the laptops on stands. I've had them set up for a month. Need speakers or a monitor with a good speaker. As far as looks are concerned, they're so small, they're barely visible. Very happy with the whole setup; and it was much less expensive than a laptop with comparable stats.

Completely Unreliable – Random Power-Offs and Disappointing Customer Support I purchased the GEEKOM IT13 MAX AI Mini PC with the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H expecting a reliable, high-performance computer for coding and multitasking. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within the first 2 days of ownership, the computer randomly powered off more than 20 times without any warning. It did not restart automatically—it simply lost power completely while I was using it. These unexpected shutdowns occurred during normal use, making the computer unreliable and unsuitable for professional work. I also attempted to perform a Windows factory reset to erase my personal data before returning the computer. However, the random power-offs prevented the reset from completing. On several attempts, the reset would reach approximately 8% before the computer suddenly shut off again. As a result, I was unable to complete the factory reset or reliably remove my personal information. I have videos and photos documenting these repeated shutdowns, so this was not an isolated incident. The customer service experience, from the seller. In the first contact, was equally disappointing. Instead of replacing the defective computer or providing a proper warranty solution, the Amazon seller instructed me to open the computer and troubleshoot it myself. I do not believe it is reasonable to ask a customer to disassemble a brand-new computer to fix a hardware problem. That behavior expresses not professional responsibility. After I contacted Amazon, I was provided with a return authorization, a return barcode, and instructions to send the computer back, which I followed. However, after the return process had already been initiated, the seller warned me that if I did not follow their preferred troubleshooting process, my refund could be delayed for several days. I found this frustrating because I had already followed Amazon's official return procedure for a defective product. The hardware specifications look impressive on paper, but reliability and customer support are just as important. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short in both areas.
