A friend of mine recommended that I look at a Geekom mini-PC when my gaming desktop died on me. So I took a chance on this model. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the build and the speed at which this computer operates.What I love:- very small footprint- quality build- 2 HDMI ports, which I loved for the two monitors I have.- Powerful processor- nice-sized hard drive and memory- The fan is mostly quiet and not as loud as my old gaming PC wasThe wishlist:- I wish the video card were better for gaming- I wish this model came with a 64 GB RAM option.

I needed to upgrade an old clunky Lenovo tower with an old i5 and 12mB of RAM. After toiling for weeks, I pulled the trigger and bought this computer. I was anxious - this was not the traditional desktop computer I had bought many times in the past. But it seemed to have all the features I wanted. I spent time on YouTube watching reviews. Most rated it as a gaming computer. I don't game. I just wanted a reliable, fast and state of the art computer. I got it!!When it came, I was astounded at the small size, but man, was it easy to get it operating! I literally took it out of the box, plugged it in, plugged in all my USB peripherals, my 4K 35" monitor and hit the start button. It took probably 15 min. before it downloaded updates, etc. and then it performed great.Here's my take:1. SPEED - for me, it's killer!! I don't game but for any regular application and the web, it's lightning! Applications and files load quickly. This i7 and 32gbs of RAM ROCK!2. VIDEO - SUPERB. Everything is clear and sharp at 4K.3. SOUND - very important to me...the sound card or whatever that's embedded in this thing is superb. Crisp, clear, high fidelity, AWESOME.4. Lots of USB/HDMI and other hookups. State of the art for me...everything works great - wifi, BT, etc.5. LOOKS - well built, and it's really tiny!!!6. HEAT - it spews out some warmth from the built in fan, but nothing bad. If you're near it, you can hear the internal fan kick into high gear now and then, but not an issue for me - it's pretty quiet, even if close to me. Seems the same on heat output as my old Lenovo tower.All in all, I am impressed and happy. I just hope it stays reliable and lasts for me.

This mini PC is truly top of the line. High end 15th gen Intel CPU, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB Fast SSD NVMe PCIe, and all the right ports including 2 HDMI. It also has 2 high speed USB C ports, the latest Blue Tooth, WiFi 7, Windows 11 Pro and a very good Intel GPU that easily handles by two 4K monitors. The system is very responsive--a huge improvement over my previous high-end PC. I've had the system for about a month now, and I've already ordered two more for colleagues--we're all upgrading from standard Windows 10 tower systems, and everyone loves the small footprint. Within the next month we'll have everyone in our office upgraded to this model.A few other comments--the system is very quiet *and* it stays cool to the touch. It has a metal frame (some other mini systems now use plastic parts) and is really well-built. I haven't had the need for customer service or support, but it comes with a 3 year warranty (!) including full replacement during the first year of operation.Bottom line--a solid investment that performs extremely well and is perfect for both our office environment and home use as a full-featured remote system.

I purchased to use to stream Amazon music to my DAC so it was overkill since it is a very fast system. Very nice looking unit with plenty of external, USB USBC and hard wired ethernet ports in addition to WIFI. The wired ports is what I was interested in since I stream at the highest possible resolution. 2 HDMI ports and 2 USBC ports allow for 4 monitor viewing. I used 1 HDMI to stream to my 83 inch Samsung OLED and was inpressed with the output. All in all a great little NUC mini PC. Only issue is that unless the unit is standin on it's side the fan makes a very loud noise. Super quiet on it's side which is how I wanted to use it anyway but be advised that if you are going to use it laying flat it could be an issue. It also could be just a one off for the one I received.

The IT-15 mini PC looks good in all-black which makes it inconspicuous. It has an Intel Core i9 CPU with 16 cores, 32GB RAM and a 2TB NVME drive. I had no problems at all during initial setup and connecting to Wifi during the Windows 11 setup and the activation process was straightforward, and once online it ran impressively fast. The amount of RAM memory (32GB) is sufficient for most of what I intend to do. Since this was one of the reasons I bought this PC I immediately installed and tried running some local online AI LLMs and it runs those reasonably well considering the resource demands when doing this and as expected CPU usage runs high, but the results from my prompts came through in a reasonable time. When sitting idle, the PC fan doesn't appear to be running or is inaudible, and when running under high CPU load the fan was heard to come on, but was not loud enough to be annoying but was just more of a background noise. Judging by my experience after a week or so I consider this an awesome powerhouse in a very small package! Installing and using the PC has so far been a positive experience and I believe it deserves a 5-star thumbs up! I will probably consider buying another one of these sometime soon...

A solid mini computer that simply gets the job done! It is quiet, has an efficient cooling system, it's very compact and is super easy to setup!

Using it as a smaller version of my home computer; speedy and with enough storage loaded a great little option to take away with all your most important stuff you need to secure. Add a mouse, a keyboard and a monitor and it works tremendously as a home computer as well.

I purchased the IT15 which has the intel 9 285H processor. Fan noise is very high. considering the price of this product one would think that the fan would throttle well and better fan to minimize noise level. Even at idle the fan noise was loud and would not stop running. I also had difficulty connecting to my monitor using the HDMI cable given. It would not tightly attach to the HDMI port and sometimes would not connect to my monitor. Not sure if it is HDMI port or cheap cable. Lastly, I went to the website to request support on the fan throttling and HDMI issue on 6/29/25 and 6/30/35. I tried to contact them on chat. it said that they open at 9am EST. I contacted them on 11am and couldn't get anyone on chat. I also tried to email them on the website and received multiple server error and couldn't send email to them. The warranty is for up to 3year. Considering I couldn't contact them and HW issues with product during the first week of ownership on a product that cost over a thousand US dollars, it is very disappointing. I did run full defender online and offline scans as well as Mcafee scan and no malicious SW was found. there are concerns on the internet regarding security. I didn't find any issue but cannot vouch for BIOS level security concerns in short term and long term. I also wish they would use the same M.2 SSD port so that I can use the M2 ssd. M2 2242 ssd is more laptop format and not as popular as m2 2280 format. they should have used the M2 2242 ssd as primary and left the 2280 open for secondary drive in US destined products. When it worked it was loud but it worked. that is reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of one. Don't be duped by the positive reviews as most of the positive reviews are more than 2 years old and are not related to the current product IT15 which just came out.Update: 7/8/25 - I returned the product due to lack of support and issues with product. I received confirmation that the product was received at rma location on 7/2/25 yet Geekom hasn't refunded me. They keep sending me email asking if I want to keep the product and now they are asking me for evidence the product was returned even though they should have the same information that I have from amazon since I used amazon return process. They are absolutely the worst vendor to deal with if you have issue. 3yr warranty but can't get in touch with them and then when you return, they hassle you on getting a refund. I originally gave them 2 stars but changed to one star. Buyer beware. I may escalate to Amazon directly to get my money back. This is ridiculous.Update 7/10/25 - After multiple contact with Geekom, they finally processed my refund. Their response was that they do not receive information from Amazon of return so they couldn't refund me so they needed to contact me directly. They offered me a free USB switch for my troubles. I did not take up on the offer on the free product. Be careful to read the reviews as many of the reviews are not related to the current product. There after purchase support is non-existent. They didn't disagree with my comment regarding the difficulty in contacting them. They only said they would look into it which validates that they were having issues or they don't really have customer support available in USA. Either case, it is bad when they provide 3yr non-existent support and warranty. At least I got my money back after multiple exchanges with them. Buyer beware.Update 7/26/25 - Since I posted the comment about reviews that didn't match the product, they have removed all the reviews that was not relevant to the IT15.

Powerful mini computer just enough for me and with the Black Friday discount it was not to expensive.

Ho comprato su AMazon questo mini PC, ordinato il 13 giugno consegnatomi il giorno dopo, la confezione è bem fatta, collegato ad una Tv. ho impostato Window11 con facilità,il mini pc è risultato subito veloce, silenzioso e dopo alcune ore di uso la superficie era appena tiepida, quindi, ottima dispersione del calore, mi sono rivolto alla Ditta GEKOM per alcuni chiarimenti, la loro risposta è stata, pronta, gentile e competente (Ottima Ditta costruttrice di mini PC). Inscrivendomi a GEEKOM Hò ricevuto in regalo un coupon di 20 euro, che utilizzerò in futuro....Che dire, sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto e delle performance dell'oggetto.Consiglio senza esitazione l'acquisto.
