Great Performance, Great Specs, Great Quality, Great Price
This mini PC is truly top of the line. High end 15th gen Intel CPU, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB Fast SSD NVMe PCIe, and all the right ports including 2 HDMI. It also has 2 high speed USB C ports, the latest Blue Tooth, WiFi 7, Windows 11 Pro and a very good Intel GPU that easily handles by two 4K monitors. The system is very responsive--a huge improvement over my previous high-end PC. I've had the system for about a month now, and I've already ordered two more for colleagues--we're all upgrading from standard Windows 10 tower systems, and everyone loves the small footprint. Within the next month we'll have everyone in our office upgraded to this model. A few other comments--the system is very quiet *and* it stays cool to the touch. It has a metal frame (some other mini systems now use plastic parts) and is really well-built. I haven't had the need for customer service or support, but it comes with a 3 year warranty (!) including full replacement during the first year of operation. Bottom line--a solid investment that performs extremely well and is perfect for both our office environment and home use as a full-featured remote system.

Awesomely fast mini-PC power-house!
The IT-15 mini PC looks good in all-black which makes it inconspicuous. It has an Intel Core i9 CPU with 16 cores, 32GB RAM and a 2TB NVME drive. I had no problems at all during initial setup and connecting to Wifi during the Windows 11 setup and the activation process was straightforward, and once online it ran impressively fast. The amount of RAM memory (32GB) is sufficient for most of what I intend to do. Since this was one of the reasons I bought this PC I immediately installed and tried running some local online AI LLMs and it runs those reasonably well considering the resource demands when doing this and as expected CPU usage runs high, but the results from my prompts came through in a reasonable time. When sitting idle, the PC fan doesn't appear to be running or is inaudible, and when running under high CPU load the fan was heard to come on, but was not loud enough to be annoying but was just more of a background noise. Judging by my experience after a week or so I consider this an awesome powerhouse in a very small package! Installing and using the PC has so far been a positive experience and I believe it deserves a 5-star thumbs up! I will probably consider buying another one of these sometime soon...

Great replacement for laptops, economical
Very small footprint, extremely quiet, easy to set up, plenty of power, doesn't get hot. To make up for its few USB ports, I got 10-port powered USB hubs, and spares with 7 ports in case we need them. The monitors use HDMI. They're pretty much all I hoped for when I switched our small company from using laptops as primary machines. I did this switch mainly to get more monitor real estate. We're using the same small form keyboards (pardon the dust) that we did when using the laptops on stands. I've had them set up for a month. Need speakers or a monitor with a good speaker. As far as looks are concerned, they're so small, they're barely visible. Very happy with the whole setup; and it was much less expensive than a laptop with comparable stats.

Great little powerhouse Mini PC after configuring
This is a great little PC in a small package, but takes a bit of tweaking to get it running properly. PROs: Great small form factor PC, nice build quality and small footprint. Once configured correctly, it runs like a dream with my 3 screens - 2 x 32" Samsungs and 1 x 24" LG in portrait mode. I have not used it for gaming, but for streaming and dev work it runs amazingly well - no lag or difference from my old i7-13900k gaming machine. The file transfer speeds are insanely fast, and I have several USB hubs with many peripherals running without any issues. All in all, it's mindblowing how much computing power is in such a small box. CONs: There is a decent amount of configuration required to get it running seamlessly. First of all, the included HDMI cable would not connect to some of my displays, and the HDMI ports are fickle depending on the cables you are using. I ended up buying JSAUX and oldboytech cables from Amazon and I can confirm that both of those brands work, but several others I tried did not. Secondly, the default fan noise is really loud, even when it isn't under load. I had to go to the Geekom website and download a BIOS unlocker so that I could enter the BIOS and turn the thermal profile to quiet. Lastly, the out-of-the-box drivers are out of date and need updating in order to get things working properly. I use three screens and could not get them all to connect at the right resolution until I downloaded the latest Intel Arc drivers from Intel. Similarly with the wireless and bluetooth, they were finicky until I downloaded and installed the latest drivers. Conclusion: Don't get me wrong, this is a great little box, but it is not plug-and-play if you have specific setup requirements. That said, I would happily buy it again knowing what I know now, but it is the reason why it doesn't get a 5 star from me. I spent a good few hours of trial and error to get it running how I like it, but now I am very happy with it.

Amazing performance at an amazing price!
This is an amazing mini PC! I bought one to replace an old Win10 laptop I used in my shop. I used it mainly for emails and internet searches. This new PC was so fast that I bought a second one to replace our main house Win10 PC that was getting slow. For my needs, this mini PC is perfect. I mostly use it for running Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Word, Outlook), internet searches and attending webinars. This PC handles all of that with no slowness. It boots up fully in less than one minute (compared with 5-10 minutes for my old Win10 devices) and response times for everything is instantaneous. For a $200.00 device, I am truly amazed. While it will support multiple monitors, right now I only have one monitor in use on each. The monitor on my main computer has the place to attach the PC to its back, but I don't think I will ever use it as I have easier access to it laying on my desktop. It has sufficient ports for all I currently have connected, with some still available for future use. I doubt I will ever go back to a desktop computer again.

IT15 New PC Review
I bought this little pc workstation after conducting much review. I've had it in my possession and have been testing it to see how it handles workload. What I have found is that as a whole,it is a little giant and works well overall. However, a couple idiosyncrasies exist. It seems to hand when copying larger files, the bluetooth works but if you connect dongle to pc itself, you need to sit within 3ft for bluetooth connection to be strong. I had to use a separate multi dongle for bluetooth mouse to work beyond 3 ft from pc. Right now, I had to stop and terminate a large file copy n paste, but pc is just handing and won't continue with stopping the copy n paste. So, as a workstation pc, not same quality as my current pc I built in 2010. Overall, it is good for what it is and Im happy to have purchased it, but as a workhorse, its not a workhorse other than for typical home user or possible small business user. Video card is ok, but as stated in many reviews, it is not great for video work, it's apparent. I'm happy with my purchase and do recommend the device, however I agree with previous reviews, would have been better if we could have purchaeed with 64GB ram vs 32GB ram that is only option. Now I have to buy more ram if I want to be 64GB. May be whats needed for this machine to run smoother?

Excellent computer and customer service
[Bottom line first] This is a great little computer, period. The following is a timeline of my troubleshooting an issue that turned out to be NOT a problem with the computer at all, but with the AV receiver I'm using. I highly recommend this computer without reservation--it has given me no issues. [Troubleshooting saga] I bought this in February 2025 from Amazon, and really enjoyed it...at first. It has a great selection of ports, everything worked out of the box, and its operation was silky smooth. In the intervening months, however, the video output has proved flaky. For a while, one HDMI port seemed dead, then it came back to life. And now the video intermittently and annoyingly blanks for a few seconds at random intervals using either port. I've submitted a query to Geekom, but have received no response even though the promised 48 hour response time has elapsed. [UPDATE] It turns out there was a holiday, which slowed their response. The most important update is that their recommendation to force install the Intel video driver, available from the Geekom website (overwriting the Windows 11 driver), appears to have solved the problem. [UPDATE 2] Well, it didn't solve the problem. But I now believe the problem is not with the computer itself, but with the Yamaha RX-A2A receiver I routed the HDMI through. After updating the receiver's firmware, the problem seems to have vanished. In any event, I've been really pleased with Geekom's customer service. They have helped me troubleshoot the problem, pointed me to drivers and tutorials, and followed up with queries. I really appreciate their efforts.

IT15 (Intel 9 285H) - Disappointing HW and lack of support for a device that cost over $1,000
I purchased the IT15 which has the intel 9 285H processor. Fan noise is very high. considering the price of this product one would think that the fan would throttle well and better fan to minimize noise level. Even at idle the fan noise was loud and would not stop running. I also had difficulty connecting to my monitor using the HDMI cable given. It would not tightly attach to the HDMI port and sometimes would not connect to my monitor. Not sure if it is HDMI port or cheap cable. Lastly, I went to the website to request support on the fan throttling and HDMI issue on 6/29/25 and 6/30/35. I tried to contact them on chat. it said that they open at 9am EST. I contacted them on 11am and couldn't get anyone on chat. I also tried to email them on the website and received multiple server error and couldn't send email to them. The warranty is for up to 3year. Considering I couldn't contact them and HW issues with product during the first week of ownership on a product that cost over a thousand US dollars, it is very disappointing. I did run full defender online and offline scans as well as Mcafee scan and no malicious SW was found. there are concerns on the internet regarding security. I didn't find any issue but cannot vouch for BIOS level security concerns in short term and long term. I also wish they would use the same M.2 SSD port so that I can use the M2 ssd. M2 2242 ssd is more laptop format and not as popular as m2 2280 format. they should have used the M2 2242 ssd as primary and left the 2280 open for secondary drive in US destined products. When it worked it was loud but it worked. that is reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of one. Don't be duped by the positive reviews as most of the positive reviews are more than 2 years old and are not related to the current product IT15 which just came out. Update: 7/8/25 - I returned the product due to lack of support and issues with product. I received confirmation that the product was received at rma location on 7/2/25 yet Geekom hasn't refunded me. They keep sending me email asking if I want to keep the product and now they are asking me for evidence the product was returned even though they should have the same information that I have from amazon since I used amazon return process. They are absolutely the worst vendor to deal with if you have issue. 3yr warranty but can't get in touch with them and then when you return, they hassle you on getting a refund. I originally gave them 2 stars but changed to one star. Buyer beware. I may escalate to Amazon directly to get my money back. This is ridiculous. Update 7/10/25 - After multiple contact with Geekom, they finally processed my refund. Their response was that they do not receive information from Amazon of return so they couldn't refund me so they needed to contact me directly. They offered me a free USB switch for my troubles. I did not take up on the offer on the free product. Be careful to read the reviews as many of the reviews are not related to the current product. There after purchase support is non-existent. They didn't disagree with my comment regarding the difficulty in contacting them. They only said they would look into it which validates that they were having issues or they don't really have customer support available in USA. Either case, it is bad when they provide 3yr non-existent support and warranty. At least I got my money back after multiple exchanges with them. Buyer beware. Update 7/26/25 - Since I posted the comment about reviews that didn't match the product, they have removed all the reviews that was not relevant to the IT15.
