I almost returned it as I could literally not suck any water out of it. I couldn’t believe it. But then I watched their online video and the main thing is you don’t tilt the bottle up as you drink! As soon as I realised this I was able to drink from it. Yes, it takes a bit to get used to if you’re tilting a bottle upwards as you drink, but now I’m honestly glad I kept it.
