I've been purchasing dishes from Mora ceramics for a few years now and the quality, functionality and design never let me down. I bought this 2 years ago and I love it. I always use nonstick spray and soak pan if anything still sticks and it comes out clean, but seems to be nonstick. I like the simple style. It has held up well because I cook a lot. Bakes evenly.
