Superb Quality.
Easy to set up and all of the features are great.

Ring sound not too good
Works fine but can only get ring sound up to 5. Not much good if you're slightly deaf

I needed a new one .Lok,easy to set up ,call blocking great .ringtone selection ,excellent ..It looks great if this is the BT phone you wish to buy .Size exact.

Half way decent phone for money
Not bad quality for the money ...these handsets have a nice feel about them ...easy to set up...my only concern was the lack of a speaker hands free feature...

Great phone, terrible service from Amazon
Unable to find complaints so having to post here for others to see. No issues with phone but although I've stated the phone was being delivered to 93 year old infirm lady and asked that driver give her time to answer the door, the driver did not use door bell and left the phone on the door step. It then snowed and package was soaked. Great phone, terrible service from Amazon.

DON'T BUY IT IF YOU NEED TO USE IT ON AN EXTERNAL SPEAKER
1. POOR RINGTONE VOLUME 2. NO EXTERNAL SPEAKER FUNCTION I've never known a phone that doesn't have an 'external speaker' facility. I only found out due to having it glued to my ear for 35 minutes on hold. BT says its a Phone they don't make any more. Maybe that's why! To me, it's the most useful thing to have on a phone which allows you to get on with other things. BT Very poor on this one.
