I use these client info forms regularly in my salon. I make notes after each client regarding their appointment, what was done and any changes made. I rely on my notes to provide the best possible service for my clients.This order was shipped very promptly, which I appreciate very much. And they are a fair value for the cost. Will order again.

Not good at all, the item is paper...there is no card to it. It is not even good quality paper.Save your money, purchase something else. These will go right in the garbage.

These were very thin like paper and I expected more like an index card. I’m using them but will order different ones next time.
