The stool is exactly as others described very sturdy, soft, top and good quality velvet cover. It was easy for my husband to put together. I had read other reviews stating they were missing the screws and tools. I thought so as well until I found them stapled and taped to a cardboard insert Inside the box. I wish I had paid better attention to the height of the stool. I’m 5 foot seven and it’s too low for me. I’ve set my previous stool next to it so you could see the comparison. I do recommend it just check to make sure that it’s the right height for you.

I wanted a cute little bench for my bedroom to sit and put shoes on. I love the look of it and it’s very sturdy. I like the brushed gold didn’t want anything too shiny.

I received my ottoman and it looked so good. However there were no screws at all included in the package. What in the heck! Getting customer service is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. There is no place you can communicate with this customer service. It’s also very difficult to communicate with a live customer service agent at Amazon. What a bust.

The reason I gave it 4 stars bc of the gold. It was more of a mustard color than gold. It was easy to put together, size was good and looked to be sturdy enough, however I did return this item bc of the "gold" color.

I really love the size of this stool. The size is perfect for my space . I love the tufting and firmness of the cushion . It does need to be 1” taller for me . My husband 3-D printed me four feet raising the stool 1” so now it’s perfect !

First box/order of contents looked like it was a return because plastic wrap was ripped and torn along with no screws or wrench inside to assemble 😡. Had to return for an exchange and was interesting to wait and see if the next box had everything included? Otherwise was a nice stool bench! So then seller was very quick to arrange a pick up the next day and ship a replacement bench. 1st bench was picked up on a Friday and 2nd bench arrived 3 days later. All parts included this time, but only problem was, the instructions are so not correct on installing the 4 legs 😖! It shows putting the #3 legs on first on opposite corners of the bench and then the #2 legs on the other opposite corners. BUT THAT DON’T WORK! Both the #3 legs go side by side together on one end and the #2 legs go side by side on the other end. Then you can attach the center brace which only fits one way when the legs are on correctly! So I only gave a review of 3 stars due to the first box arriving w/o screws and needing to return and wait on the 2nd box; and in addition to the incorrect instructions also being a little frustrating. Otherwise this is a very nice and attractive bench and highly recommend.

This is absolutely perfect in my space! The color is absolutely gorgeous and went together very easily!!

Love this piece of furniture. Sturdy, and looks great. The gold and blue really works well together. Easy to clean, and cant hold quite a bit of weight. The instructions could use some work, it was kind of hard to follow and sometimes you had to double check.

This was one of the only benches that I could find online which was this size. Most are much longer and I had a smaller space by my front door. It is wonderful. Fits perfectly, the color is wonderful and it is sturdy and very practical for sitting to put on boots etc.
