It's actually pretty good
I'm a torque wrench junkie. I have torque wrenches from Central Tools, Proto, KD Tools, Armstrong, Precision Instruments, among others. All of my other torque wrenches, aside from this one, are made in USA. Actually I have a Gearwrench torque wrench that's made in China after Apex Tools moved their torque wrench production to China. I believe that was JS Technologies in Georgia, which was owned by Danaher Tool Group. Danaher merged with Cooper Tools, which became Apex. Apex was acquired by Bain Capital, which of course, being a good American company, sought to cut costs at all levels. Hence all US manufacturing (apart from government contract work) was moved to Asian countries. But I digress..... Sorry for the tangent. I got this torque wrench because when I'm changing the oil I have very little clearance to access the drain pan bolt. For reasons I don't fully understand, American tool companies make smaller torque wrenches (12 to 14 inches long) only for inch/pounds scales, which only go up to about 20 ft/lbs. My drain pan bolt needs 30 ft/lbs. So if I wanted a smaller torque wrench that could achieve 30 ft/lbs, the smallest American brand torque wrench I could get would be 18 inches long. This is too long. I can't even get it to click before it hits the ground or the bottom of my car. My old KD Tools torque wrench (made by JS Technologies I believe) was 5-75 ft/lbs and only 12 inches long and that's what I used until it finally broke. This was the only torque wrench I could find with a good ft/lbs torque range at 12 inches long. I do have a German made Gedore torque wrench that's about 13 inches long, and it's ok, but it doesn't have quick release and is only in newton meters (yes conversion to ft/lbs is easy....but still). And this little guy is great. It's accurate out of the box, it's small enough that I can torque the drain pan bolt with only a few swings, the quick release allows me to easily remove the socket with greasy hands. It seems fairly solid, although not snap on solid. It works. Bottom line. I mean it's a made in China torque wrench. But so are the Gearwrench. To be fair, most modestly priced quality torque wrenches are made in Taiwan, such as the Harbor Freight and the tool store brands like Cobalt, Harbor Freight, Menards, and others. I still prefer the USA made torque wrenches like Central Tools, CDI (owned by Snap On), Precision Instruments, Sturdevant Richmont (now owned by Snap On I think). But none of those guys made the size I needed. Anyways, recommend it, good stuff, great price.

really accurate in all ranges. beats most brand name torque wrench accuracies.
I saw this reviewed from youtuber "Tools Tested" after my HF Icon 5-75 ftlb torque wrench failed to stay within range (target of 13 ft lbs but kept getting 15-17 ftlbs. 5 ftlbs was even worse, the icon wrench kept clocking in at 8-10 ftlbs, double the 5 it lists it can do). i need something that can accurately set 13ftlbs of torque in a 3/8 anvil for some sparkplugs (my 1/4 inlbs torque wrench would work but the added adapter would take up too much space in an already cramped subaru engine bay). i'm thoroughly impressed with the accuracy of this tool! testing on 13 ftlbs, the margin of error was only 0.7%! i tested 5 ftlbs, 27 ftlbs and 45 ftlbs and all fell within 2% or less for error! the whole entire range was great. all tested on an acdelco torque adapter and also tested on a seperate digital torque wrench (it's not a $2000 piece of test equipment thats 0.5% accurate, but it gets me in the ballpark). outside of accuracy, it's also compact and lightweight. the click, even at its lowest setting, is loud, the click feels distinct (ie not mushy), and the adjustment lock mechanism feels solid. some cons: dunno how long the engravings will last, looks painted or etched. numbers are small, and in increments of 2.5? so adjusting it isnt as straightforward. these are all minor nitpicks considering the price and accuracy of this tool. overall: LOVE IT! tho i really wanted to like the $140 HF icon flexhead 5-75 torque wrench, accuracy trumps all, and this little wrench is ACCURATE and a keeper!

Good solid mid-small size torque wrench
Supurb little torque wrench for those jobs where I don’t need the longer larger 120 ftlb torque wrench. Solid & well made, easy to adjust, works very well. No issues with this wrench. I use for automotive tasks.

Good torque wrench
Perfect for what I needed it for. Seems to be good quality and I like the black dial... Much easier to read!

Great DIY Buy
I've only had one use so far but I like it. Case is nice and makes the wrench feel like when in it. The wrench feels firm in hand, and the click is quite noticeable both audibly and by touch (there's a slight jerk when specified torque is achieved). I am concerned about the paint job; it may not last very long (hopefully it doesn't affect the torque gradations). The length is very good, making it usable in tight spots, and it's good for 5-45 ft/lbs (you may need to spend some time getting used to setting the torque). The button to apply the socket latch is great! There's zero chance of the wrench sliding off the socket because of the lock mechanism but be aware that it is also needed to attached the wrench to the socket.

Awesome compact torque wrench to add to your collection
this little torque wrench is awesome! I have several large torque wrenches and sometimes it’s hard to get them into the places that I need to actually use them. I bought this one specifically for my Jeep to help me install seat jackers and it was the perfect length with the right amount of torque that I needed at 35 foot pounds. Super easy to dial up and lock in. I like that the red collar piece near the dial actually clicks in and locks it so it doesn’t slip and change your torque without you realizing it. Even if you have other torque, wrenches I’d highly recommend this one just for its compact size and the price was great. a real value and it includes a nice case to keep it protected.

Not enough torque range
Too small and range of 10-100 would be good for general use
