Fisher Space Pen Raw Brass Cap-O-Matic Pen, Pack of 1

First words of praise for the dealer who managed to get this pen to me the *morning after the afternoon* I ordered it. Not Prime, just a well-managed set-up it seems. The Space-pen is the only biro-type pen I use: I now have four: two bullet and two cap-o-matics. Delighted with this new one as I know (from one of the bullets) that the brass will rub down to a nice finish.

Great pen, love the space pen cartridge as a postman I have to wright in the rain and on plastic.

The natural brass finish is a subjective thing. I thought I'd like it, but with hindsight I wish I'd gone for a plated finish. The pen arrived very tarnished, which is to be expected with raw brass. A few seconds with a kitchen towel and some Brasso soon had it looking shiny, almost like gold. It's what I ordered, so not going to knock stars off for that. What I'm more disappointed with is that the pen often leaves a messy blob when starting to write, so I wouldn't trust it for anything I wanted to look nice, such as greetings cards or present tags. So 4 stars.

In the picture it looks good, but when you hold it in your hand it feels and looks cheap. Don’t think it is worth what I paid for it

Good pen but it could have been heavier and clip should have been brass otherwise it is good pen

Cheap look and feel to the pen. The refill however, is brilliant.

Great quality. Tbh there are other pens I prefer but for the price & functionality this is a great pen. Also looks awesome in the raw brass. Fits my compendium perfectly as well.

Love the pens, I work at the Line maintenance Office at the local Airport and will rely on these tough pens to get me through work (rain or shine).
