You get a lot of paint and in many colors, it's very easy to work with. Great quality for hobby painters and students.

These colors are great, and they are bright and vibrant. I thought at first there wasn’t much gouache in a cup but the cups are really deep and I’ve realized I don’t have to use a lot of paint for the color and consistency I’m trying to achieve. They are fun, easy, and consistency is great. Price is great as well. I was pleasantly surprised, especially not wanting to spend a lot on something i didn’t know if it was going to be good. Cute and easy case. Gave me a lot of inspiration. I would say they are above student quality. A great product for the price! I love them.

Having a blast using this "jelly gouache" set - lots of fun! Colors mix nicely on the palette and you only have to maintain a certain consistency for them to work properly - not too "dry" or too "wet" - otherwise they are either troublesome to spread or too thin to deliver the color you want (too much water they become watercolor-like, but not as vibrant). But when used as intended, these Himi gouache sets are very nice - Upkeep is required (periodically spritzing the paint pots w/water and mixing the paints with a stir tool so they don't dry out or separate from their binder (I use an EXEART Electric Pigment stirrer - perfect for the task) that keeps them viable.

I really love this paint. It has a great texture and consistency. Easy to use, dries quickly as long as the paint isn’t applied too thick.

Love this! The colors are bright, vivid and gorgeous. This set goes well with watercolor too and mixed media. If you are on the fence get it. I am glad I did not listen to online reviews

Fantastic paint! The colors work well with Ghibli style art. Smooth application and fairly easy to blend, albeit not the best blending experience I’ve ever had. Certainly not the worst. Jelly gouache is a bit tricky to blend, and with these colors, certain hues are not easy to achieve. They’ve held up pretty well. I stored mine in the fridge in an airtight container and used the Himi spray. Didn’t dry up or grow any mold. The cups are difficult to clean, but that’s to be expected. I might consider a smaller palette next time, as I only used certain colors.

After watching some fun Pinterest videos of gouache artists my son expressed interest in trying it. This brand was recommended by one of the artists so we decided to purchase and try. The quality seems good, though we are novices and don’t know anything else so can’t compare, but my son found it easy to use and follow along on the videos he watched. I do love that this paint is so easy to clean up when you’re done and washes easily out of brushes. He is still working on learning how to blend without the colors getting too muddy. But I think it looks beautiful and that it’s a great value to start with if you want to dip your toe in experimenting with this medium. The variety of colors is also a big plus. I love all the options.

Fantastic paint the quality and colour are just fantastic. This was given to my daughter as a Christmas gift as she is an artist and she absolutely loves the colour and the quality of the paint I would say for beginners andprofessional artists
