Lemax Carnival-Sights & Sounds: Snowflake Paradrop-(34634-UK), Multi-Colour

I have run a 4 Line train for over 20 years that includes a village and amusement park. This is a perfect addition. Lemax products are visually great but only last three-four years so I don't expect much from them. this was a replacement for a dead component. Time will tell but this appears sturdier than other items and so far it works as advertised and looks like I may squeeze 5+ years out of it.

What I really want to mention is I purchased this and set all up and it didn’t work. It was so easy to return and have another sent right away it made me so happy as I have a very large Xmas Village.

This is my Christmas village the photos do it no justice. I bought the lemax snowflake para drop last year in November. It ran 30 days last season was packed back in original packaging as all my Christmas village stuff is. Was stored in climate controlled storage. Took it out set up this year and ran 2 days then quit. city lights witch is the vendor refused to do anything about it. I normally would just buy another, but I have noticed that the lemax products are lasting less and less. I have had many, that had only worked 2 or 3 seasons, but this is to much. They also weigh much less then they used to probably because you cant buy in brick and mortar anymore so they need to be shipped. my guess is that quality took a hit in that. I have spent over $10,000.00 at least and was starting to collect a spooky town so I could do one for Halloween but no more. they should stand behind there product more then 30 days because they know that they are only used 30 days per year. I get 2000 guests per season to view my village and most take photos and post and share them. As it is set up in my garage with a false door with glass. I will be putting a sign this season do not buy lemax or from city lights. I wish I could give them less stars. I will continue my village each year but will omit this junk as it breaks down witch I am sure will not be long.

We are very pleased to buy this item. Sooo beautiful. We are enjoying it right now. My grandchildren like it a lot.

My village is half carnival rides. This is very cute! Takes up little space. The sound is so cute! FUN!

What I expected

Goede dag, Gisteren 9 november 2025 werd mijn product geleverd , en bij het uitpakken en opstarten van de Lemax Snowflake paradrop , ging 1 parapluutje ( paradrop) niet omlaag , en zit het geblokkeerd . ik wil het retourneren , en moet daarvoor 38,5 € verzendingskosten betalen , dit lijkt mij toch zeer duur , het toestel in zijn totaliteit heeft mij 102,49 € met verzendingskosten ,als ontvanger . kunnen jullie mij geen ander alternatief geven omtrent de retourkosten , meestal zijn deze gratis . ik bestel regelmatig iets via Amazon , maar dit geeft mij geen goed gevoel , vandaar mijn beleefde respons.
