Best we’ve tried
My husband and I both think that this is the best gluten-free spaghetti we have tried - and we have tried a lot of different kinds. It doesn’t try to imitate wheat spaghetti; it has its own distinctive flavor. The texture, when cooked according to directions, is not too soft but easy to chew. We’re going to stop trying other brands and stick with this.

Good texture and flavor
Who doesn’t love pasta? I have tried several gluten-free brands of pasta to minimize wheat in my diet and this is the best so far. Also, we are vegan and it is nice to have a pasta with higher protein. I used to make Banza pasta all the time but they changed the recipe and it’s very starchy. This quinoa band is more nutritious and higher in protein than the rice brands, and has better texture and flavor than the chickpea and lentil brands we’ve tried.

Can’t tell it’s gluten-free!
When you make a pasta dish with this, you can’t even tell it’s gluten-free. If somebody had served it to me as regular pasta, I would’ve never known. I made spaghetti Bolognese with this, and it was great!

Healthy pasta with protein and no bleached flour. I like it a lot.

They cook well and is delicious!!!!
My order arrived in time and was well packed. I love this product. I can eat it and have no tummy issues. You can do anything with it that you can do with normal pasta, with no digestive problems.This is a wonderful alternative to wheat pasta with gluten. It's has no gluten and I can eat as much as I want. I am so glad I can get it here because the only place normally I would get it is Whole Foods. I no longer have to take a train ride to buy my pasta. I love this pasta that much.

Gluten-free pasta excellent taste
Worth, every penny! The best gluten-free pasta I have ever tried. I ordered a case of 12 boxes if that tells you anything; very light and tastes better than regular pasta, in my opinion, the quinoa is the secret to that pasta’s flavor. ❤️
