Perfect for preschoolers
I can’t say enough good things about this as a lunchbox for a preschooler. It is super durable, really easy to clean, and little hands can open and close it by themselves. I bought two of them so I can put one in the dishwasher while the other is being used to save a little bit of time. We do find the compartments a little bit large, but added some silicone muffin cups to subdivide them for smaller portions and it’s perfect!

Great toddler lunch box
We have 3 of these for our toddler at daycare, they required no glass and this is all I feel comfortable heating up. Very easy to clean and use, no problems with leaking and holds up well. One of our kids did get a little tear but I think it’s because one of the daycare teachers likes to put his fork inside but on top of the compartments and I think that stresses the lid, otherwise it’s perfect, great size too and three compartments is perfect for 2 year olds lunch.

Nice plastic free alternative, but not for wet foods.
Needed something a little smaller to fit side items in my son’s LLBean lunchbox along with a thermos. It’s a little snug but it works. Nice and easy for my kindergartner to open. Definitely wouldn’t be for anything wet or messy as I could see it leaking out or not being closed correctly and making a mess. One of the smallest dip containers can fit easily in the big compartment and squeezes into the smaller compartment fine.

Love this!
This lunchbox is super cute and easy to clean. Works well for a young toddler. I needed to pack lunch for my 18 month old for daycare and this is a good option for him.

Love!
As our household moves towards a plastic free kitchen finding this silicon bento box was an absolutely treasure of a find for me. We own a few non-convertable bento boxes already and they do not allow you to tailor your boxes as these do. The ability to remove the three "boxes/compartments" is amazing and gives these bento boxes a lot more flexibility with packing lunches. It is one of those conveniences that you don't realize you need until you have the option available and in your hands. I have used this bento box with all three compartments as well as just one and everything has turned out fine. The lid has groves for the boxes/compartments that keep them in place once you put the lid on. I have even used the removable boxes/compartments separately for snacks. There are a few things you should know: 1. Even though the lid has groves for the compartments and it helps to keep liquid from going into other boxes, you cannot toss these around, put them upside down or something similar and not expect liquid to move to other compartments. 2. These can stain with the right food. I put kimchi in one of the compartments and, tea, that stain isn't going away! I'm just glad I used the pink one because it's not too bad, at least for me. I love these so much that we have all four colors and have also bought the larger bento boxes from this company. It is all we use when packing lunches and even using in the house for meals.

Great sturdy bento box
I bought this bento box for my 4 year old. He started his TK class this fall and has broken a few of his bento boxes by accidentally dropping them from the lunch tables as he and his friends eat. This bento is silicone based and is very sturdy and cute. The size I bought can fit half a sandwich in the large compartment and a stonyfield bottle yogurt with an earths best bar in one of the smaller compartments. I usually put chips or fruit in the 3rd compartment. Overall, it was a good buy that I can see lasting for more that this school year. If your child is like my child and doesn’t really eat a lot because he would rather play in the play yard, the. this is a great option. It holds enough food to hold him down until he gets home.

Too small
Very sturdy and easy to wash but way to small to be usable for a 3yr+ kids.
