Quick, simple, delicious
Two ripe bananas, I egg, 1/3 cup water or fruit juice (my idea, I love organic pear juice for this rather than water) mixed with one package of Chiquita Banana Bread Mix and about 50 to 60 minutes later, you have a never fails, always delicious treat. I won't share all of my secret add-ins, but it is great straight from the package, and easily accepts a handful of frozen or fresh blueberries or chopped walnuts (or both). It is a simple enjoyable addition to afternoon tea or coffee, and great for dessert. It even freezes well.And it doesn't cost a lot. What's not to like!

good, quick and easy
Like quite a few others, I only received one box. Amazon gave me credit for the shipment and I got to keep the one (being a food item it was not returnable).. Baking time leaves it really moist and heavy, add 5 to10 minutes. As far as additions, I add chopped hazelnuts, orange peel zest, and cinnamon. And on some occasions a box of fresh blueberries.

I'm a fan
It is hit or miss if I can find this banana bread mix in my local grocery store so I ended up buying this from Amazon. This banana bread mix is incredibly easy to use to make delicious banana bread. I simply follow the directions and it comes out perfect every time. This reminds me, I think it is time for me to order some more!

Only received one!
This mix makes tasty, moist banana bread - but the listing clearly says 2 boxes and I received only one, which makes it very expensive!

Just what I was looking for!

EASY and best tasting.
I have tried many banana bread mixes and this one is by FAR the best and the easiest. You can have it in the oven in just a few minutes. Add 2 bananas, egg and water and BOOM...ready for the oven. I have also added chocolate chips...coconut...nuts...and it comes out perfect!
