RETINOL EYE SERUM

The VELAMO Luminous Eye Corrector SPF 41 is a multi-tasking eye cream that both conceals and cares for your delicate under-eye area. I push down on the dispenser and dab a small amount under my eyes, blending well towards the outer corners. In my experience, the medium shade provides a warm and brightening effect on dark circles, while the ceramide complex delivers noticeable hydration and helps smooth fine lines too. I love the added SPF 41, which offers daily sun protection and is a major step in preventing premature aging. The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly without pilling or settling into my fine lines. As a skin care and makeup lover, this product is great. combining anti-aging care, moisturizing benefits, and color correction in one step.

Got this dupe of a highly advertised, much more expensive product and I’m very happy with it. Applicator is cool (literally, it’s cooling on the under eye skin!), goes on gently, and provides desirable light coverage. For me, does not collect in under eye skin creases or wrinkles but so far my lines there are really pretty fine. Not sure how this would work on extremely dark circles but for light to moderate darkness, this is a lovely product. Would buy again.

The tip is smooth and soothing to the under eye. You have to be careful how you pump the dispenser because it pumps out lots of concealer. It didn’t cover my dark circles at all just, made them look darker. It settled into fine lines making them more noticeable. This may work for you but did not for me. Returned the product for a refund.

The shape of the dispenser makes this easy to apply and smooth in. Previously, I had tried a different manufacturer's product that dried to a white haze. I am happy to say this one does not. The color is wonderfully subtle, and this item will help to hide dark circles and fine lines. It is also easy on sensitive skin. The photos attached are in order of dispenser, before, and after application.

It works great! I love the coverage not heavy feeling at all. Doesn’t look Caked on- very natural. However I am exit sensitive to sunscreen… no matter what kind how much SPF I break out. Tried for a while but I’m back to using it again because I love it, maybe if I use it enough my skin will get used to the SPF!

This is a nice product. However, it is very yellow; I have blue undertones in my skin. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me.

Unbelievably smooth under my eyes...no settling in my fine lines. I am shocked at the coverage. I am so happy ...So far so good!

Very lightweight, has a smooth texture, very moisturizing to the skin, there’s not really a smell, looks and feel like foundation! I love the idea of this because I’m a ballpark mom so we are always in the sun!

After having used an entire bottle of this eye serum over a period of 2 months, I can confirm that it does work. The fine wrinkles around my eyes are much less apparent. The deeper wrinkles are starting to look softer. I am truly impressed considering the very reasonable price point. The skin under my eyes is a bit less puffy. The dark circles are also slightly lighter. With respect to puffiness and dark circles, I suspect the improvements would more significant with better sleep but I had an hectic schedule the past 2 months and did not get enough sleep. The serum has a pleasant texture; not too thick or too watery. It is lightweight and feels luxurious. I use it following the instructions and the serum absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves the skin visibly very hydrated. There are quite a few ‘nice-to-have’ ingredients in this serum that are not listed on this site, such as jojoba oil and squalane which are both excellent moisturizers. The only negative point I can think of is the pump system. I do love that it’s there to avoid contaminating the serum. However, the amount of serum that comes out with one pump is not consistent and sometimes there is too much coming out. To get consistent and sufficient amounts of serum I am deliberately careful with the amount of force I use on the pump in order to let out 3 very small drops on the tip of a finger (a pea-sized amount). This is enough to cover the area around one eye. Overall, I think this is an outstanding product and the price point is more than reasonable. Do remember that it takes time to see results when using retinol. You need to let your skin regenerate before noticing visible changes. For most adults under 50 years old, the skin turnover cycle lasts between 28 and 42 days; for adults over 50 years old, this can increase to up to 84 days.

I regret this purchase. It's not the texture I thought it was. Disappointing.

On my second! The first lasted 6 months! And the photo with my hair up showing results!!4 months later... still have the same tube and I have noticed a significant difference in bags and dark circles!! Get this! I have just recovered from a massive kidney stone and surgery so I'm in ruff shape! I have been using this for two weeks in order to insure that I actually saw improvement because I have been fooled by similar claims before. I have to say, within the first week or less I did notice a moderate improvement in both dark circles and bags! I am rather surprised because there is no vitamin C or E in this product which usually is what helps the most. It must be the caffeine. I am impressed.

Ce produit n'est pas très bon, après quelques utilisations j'avais le tour des yeux plus sèche qu'avant et c'était même douloureux alors j'ai dû arrêter le produit. Ça fait 2 produits Valemo que j'essaie et c'est la même chose, le premier je l'ai garder pour l'appliquer au dessus de mes lèvres mais celui-ci je le retourne. Désolé je misait gros dessus car j'avais lu les commentaires qui me paraissent bien.
