Love the clean ingredients.

These do not taste good. At all. It took some work to find the right bribe to get my son to accept taking these. So he will take them. But they are yucky and I tell him every time I give it to him that he’s a damn champ for taking it. I love the brand and their quality is top notch. So we will stick with this. Just be prepared if you are trying to get a child to take this, have some immediate reinforcement and expect to have to keep at it for several days before s/he can manage to take an entire lozenge in one go. We had all sorts of outbursts for the first several days, even with me taking one with him. It’s been about a week and now he’s taking them well. Good luck!

I don’t believe I have taken long enough to provide a full review but so far good with the exception of the taste. I can usually muddle through anything but finishing this bottle will be a struggle as the sweetener is terrible. The aftertaste lingers and almost makes me sick to my stomach. I really wish they would come up with an improved taste version. I will likely have to switch to the pill version.

The lozenges are made by Dr. Ben Lynch - a naturopath who I’ve followed online for years and have grown to trust. I’ve enjoyed many of his supplements so far. These are easy to take and absorb quickly when used sublingually (dissolved under the tongue). I’m noticing an improvement (in symptoms that Amazon does not allow me to say) as I overcome a serious mold problem at my home. These use the most active form of glutathione which shouldn’t require conversion (unlike NAC). They also include PQQ and selenium, which are both potent antioxidants - much needed in this toxic day and age were we need all the mitochondrial support that we can get. I appreciate that there isn’t any stevia in these (which is an endocrine disrupter), instead they use monk fruit. The only other thing I’d note is not to take them too late in the day as it may impair your sleep - it did for me when I took one at 7 or 8 pm, I had trouble falling asleep that night. Now I only take them in the morning or mid-day at the latest if I need a little boost. As for how I take them… I took one every morning for a few weeks and now I’m only using them as needed. I will continue purchasing these.

Item comes properly shipped with safety seal. Upon opening, I had to remove what seemed like an abnormally large piece of cotton, which had some of the lozenges within it. A few of the lozenges went flying when I took the cotton ball out. I am a follower of Dr. Ben Lynch. I find him very knowledgeable on health and trust his supplements. I have taken Seeking Health Glutathione's liquid version, which is a little hard to swallow due to taste. I was pleasantly surprised to see this in lozenge form, as it's supposed to be a great way to boost the immune system and detoxify the body. I like that is has PQQ and Selenium, in addition to the Glutathione. The lozenges have a pleasant taste, with a little bit of tang. The bitter is good for the liver. I've had no adverse effects since starting to take them. Would recommend.
