This is a bran new hard drive I registered it with Seagate no problem I tested it all great thank you very much

Really poor quality control. Ordered four 16TB disks. Two won't even register as alive on NAS or PC (using USB adapter), they just sit there beeping every 5 seconds. Thought two were ok but one of them fails SMART checks and refuses to format, so one usable out of four. Given this was their "Pro" drives it's really disappointing. Never had disk problems like this before (used lots of WD and Seagate drives). -- Update. I got replacements for 3 broken drives and got another. Now have 5 drives that seem to be working without issue. So maybe just got unlucky initially, either with Seagate or the delivery driver. Still knocking a star off for initial problems. The drives have good performance and are relatively quiet in my NAS. 64TB of storage (with a parity drive to protect against loss), should be adequate for quite some time.

Its a hard drive. Not a great deal you can say there other than it works. Expensive, as all storage media is today, but it passed integrity checks and had no issue with registering the warranty with seagate. The one big thing buyers should be aware of is the noise during read and write tasks. This was my 2nd ironwolf pro drive purchase so I was already aware of the noise these drives make. Both drives 10tb and this 16tb) click-clack at about the same volume. For people more used to quieter drives in their pc, the iron wolf drives are considerably louder in my experience of two drives I've purchased. Apart from noise levels and extortionate drive prices at this time, I have no complaints about the iron wolf drives.

Excellent performance and ease of installation (push fit SATA plugs). Slightly noisy but acceptable for a spinning HDD. This is 7200 rpm, so faster access. The device is recognised easily in Windows Device Manager. I went for 4TB but many storage capacities are available. I have used Seagate since the early days of PC / Windows, so over 30 years, have never been let down. I bought this as a back storage internal drive for my new PC project. Robust and reliable and very well made.

So far so good. 775€ was a good price for 24tb. Now they are way to expensive. It fits good in my ugreen Ai nas idx6011 but need more disk soon 😜😋

Es un bicharraco. Grande, grande en capacidad, silencioso y rápido. Llegó muy bien envuelto y en perfecto estado. Tras escaneo de superficie está perfecto en cuanto a sectores. Como es de Helio suele tener 3 grados menos que el resto de discos con los que está. Muy contento con él y repetiría. Espero que esta reseña sea de utilidad.

Not a trustworthy seller. Upon checking the hdd serial number on seagate, no warranty was left on the hdd. Also no recovery plan as wrongly advertised. Most probably that is not an authorized distributor.
