I bought these to bury inside a plaster/ sand mix so that my class could dig them out.... they were perfect! I bought 2 boxes and had more than 5 reasonable fossils each for each child to use. They are small and there were more of some than others (I had mainly sharks teeth and crinoids). Also had a few ammonites and some belemnites in the boxes. For the price, I thought that they were good value. The little book was a great resource for the children to identify and learn a small amount about each fossil. If you want a fancy set of fossils and guaranteed variety, then you’ll need to spend a lot more money.

Quite surprised that the fossils are very small and the booklet too is very small, certainly smaller than I expected. One of the problems of ordering online. The goods arrived on time, well packaged.

Lovely little box of fossils, great for kids.The only thing I would say is if you have bigger fossils in a set that would be of interest.

I bought a box of these because I needed some small fossils for a craft project. This box included a small, polished ammonite and quite a few interesting pieces so I bought another 7 boxes. However, these 7 boxes contained nothing like the first. Just a few broken sharks teeth and what look like pieces of broken rock and shiny stones. I know that it is a random selection and nothing is guaranteed but to get nothing interesting from 7 boxes! It would be very easy to open them and cherry pick the best fossils from them before being dispatched and unfortunately I feel that is what happened. Very disappointed 😞

My son was so delighted to receive these fossils. He has now setup a display for them and was super happy. The personal touch from the supplier and excellent dispatch time was great too! Would highly recommend!
