Cheap for a reason...
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Does not connect to app, bought a second one because first one didn't and I thought it was just defective, second one doesn't connect either Value for money: Spend the money to get one that will actually work

Short working life.
Should have read other reviews. It stopped working about 4 months into the usage of it. Didn’t bother to contact customer service, so I don’t know what, if anything, they would have done. It worked very well when it was working. and would recommend it for the price compared to similar devices.

Unable to link to app. Chlorine reading incorrect. Now it won't power on (yes, the batteries are good).

Total junk. I can't connect to my phone. Instructions are horrible. No customer service. Do not waste your money.

Software won't connect and turns off
I went to set up the product, scanned the qr code for the download and my phone (flip android) says the file may be harmful. I downloaded anyways. Only to learn it won't connect to my phone and is only a blue tooth device, thus I can only read it while being at home. Nonetheless, the device won't connect. The device won't go into testing mode and turns off on its own. Don't buy this product!

Stops working after 90 days
This thing worked fine or so I thought. Have no way to cross check, but it gave readings that seemed accurate. Went to check today and it stopped working. Total waste of money. I am going back to the strips.

Appena comprato dopo un po' di tentativi sono riuscito a farlo funzionare, per circa un mese, adesso non si riesce più a calibrare in primis,poi il tasto che ti permette di vedere le varie letture nn funziona, e per connettersi al bluetooth devi avere una benedizione. In pratica soldi buttati.

Impossible to calibrate, is showing <4 pH when it's 7.2.

Il dispositivo non si associa col bluetooth del telefonino. Mi dispiace perché lo ritenevo un analizzatore buono per qualità prezzo. Il venditore mi ha consigliato di verificare l'attivazione della posizione ma non c'è stato nulla da fare. Sui filmati su you tube sembrava tutto facile
