I recently purchased the Faber three-burner hob, and I’m extremely satisfied with the product as well as the installation service. The hob looks sleek, premium, and adds elegance to my kitchen. The burners are well-spaced, powerful, and easy to clean, making cooking hassle-free. The flame distribution is perfect, and the overall build feels sturdy and durable. Special appreciation to the Faber technician who arrived for installation—he was punctual, professional, and explained the usage and safety tips clearly. His neat and efficient work made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend both the hob and Faber’s excellent service.

Good product and looks classy but has a little noise which for me is a bit new!

The hob glass broke within just 6 months of purchase, which is well within the 1-year comprehensive warranty period. Although the glass was eventually replaced, the process took 14 days, causing unnecessary inconvenience. What is most disappointing is that I was asked to pay ₹400 as technician visiting charges, even though the issue was clearly a product fault covered under warranty. Charging customers for service visits in warranty cases is unfair and defeats the purpose of offering a warranty. After-sales support did not meet expectations. I would advise potential buyers to consider this before purchasing.

The burner is good and the glass is strong and scratchless. The burner itself has no noise and auto-ignition works perfectly on batteries. It is very easy to use Nd easy to install ourselves even though faber sent an installation expert to install it for the first time. The burner is quite safe and there has been no gas leakages in the last one year though it lacks an auto cut feature. we are satisfied after using it for almost one year. The delivery had some issues like the wrong model being delivered etc so we had to get it replaced twice. But post that the burner has been functioning flawlessly. The post sale service for faber is also satisfactory. So overall it has been a good experience
