The product is great. Very coarse. Works well in our regular salt grinder. In my experience it takes less quantity of this salt to provide the same degree of saltiness in taste when compared to using regular kosher coarse salt.

I’m something of a salt hoarder! 🧂 I was happy to find some natural spring salt at this price and quality! The description is accurate as this is indeed a course salt. I put some through a food processor so that I could also use it in my salt shaker. I noticed they also offer the same product in fine if you are looking for “regular” sized salt. It tastes great and very salty. Color- white. Also if you have never bought a pound of salt it may not be as much salt as you are expexting.

I am not certain how to rate this product. I wanted a coarse iodized salt for my salt grinder. This product is advertised as iodized but, on the packaging, it says all natural and nowhere can I find where it has been iodized. It is expensive, I wouldn't mind if it was iodized, but again I am uncertain as to whether it is or not as only the description on Amazon says it is iodized, nowhere is it indicated on the actual packaging. Other than that, I love it! Bon apatite!

The course salt is great. I like that it is high in minerals and naturally dried. It tastes salty, just as it should, and it works perfectly in my salt mill. Tastes great added to my food, and enhances the flavour, and I get my added minerals at the same time. It is a good sized bag of salt that will last a long time and I can fill my salt mill from it several times over.
