Review: Helimix makes awesome shaker cup and has a great customer service support - I've recently ordered 1.5 Vortex Blender Shaker cup. When I received my item, there was a slight problem. While I loved the designed and the functionality of the cup, I found out my cup has a leakage issue. Not a big deal, but every time I shook my cup, there were couple of drops of liquid coming from the lid. I reached out to the Helimix customer support and they responded the next day. I was in contact with Dody and she shipped out a brand new Helimix cup (size/color of my preference) to me the next day with the tracking number. She went above and beyond to make everything right which I appreciated very much. The new cup I received work flawlessly with no issue. The design and the quality is second to none and I love the fact that it's Made in the USA.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I see it says made in the usa, but is the plastic made in the usa? or from overseas??**
A: Thank you for asking. The materials used to make Helimix are made entirely in USA. Made in Tennessee and Texas to be exact. 100% American.

**Q: Can I put this under my kuerig and use for coffee protein powder mixing?? Will coffee melt plastic?**
A: No, it is not advised to subject most plastics to the190° water like the Kuerig type of coffee makers will produce. Lexan is a very durable odor and stain resistant plastic. However heat and plastics don't mix well. Plastics will break down too easly under heat. Also, the top of the mixer is not made of Lexan, therefore more heat susceptible to  distortion , warping and plastic breakdown.

**Q: Is there a 32oz available???**
A: Not currently but we look forward to launching one in the future.

**Q: can i pour coffee into this?**
A: We do not recommend shaking hot beverages in a helimix because if something were to go wrong we wouldn’t want to be responsible for you getting burned. However the material that helimix is made of shouldn’t melt if you use the base of the cup for sipping coffee.

I've recently ordered 1.5 Vortex Blender Shaker cup. When I received my item, there was a slight problem. While I loved the designed and the functionality of the cup, I found out my cup has a leakage issue. I was in contact with Dody and she shipped out a brand new Helimix cup (size/color of my preference) to me the next day with the tracking number. Lo recomiendo bastante. Podría parecer un poco costoso pero solo un poco más del promedio y vale la pena para deshacerse del enfadoso ruido de los shakers con bolita. No derrama, lo puedo colgar en la mochila con un mosquetón, conserva un olor muy leve pero con la limpieza diaria se quita o casi no se percibe en comparación a los demás que con una leve olfateada da asco. Yo tengo el pequeño de 12oz pero la proteína se disuelve en 8 y solo lo uso para el batido, llevo mi agua en botellas de acero inoxidable por el calor como opción para hidratación tal vez sea mejor el grande. Yo recomiendo bastante el producto
