Lenovo ThinkCentre M920s Small Form Desktop, Six Core i7 8700 3.2Ghz, 32GB DDR4, 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD, USB Type C, Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

This is actually my third attempt to get one of these Small Form Factor (SFF) Lenovo machines. Through two different suppliers. No problem with either supplier though, they backed their machine. The first was DOA. Nothing, nada, zip. No POST, no boot, nothing. Sent it back. The second machine arrived, and worked, but the video card had a problem I did not want to bother troubleshooting. Not up to me to fix stuff right out of the box. Sent it back. This is the third try.... and so far it is doing fine. Machine POSTed and booted into Win11 pro just as advertised. Just take care as to the order of the update cycle it is going to want to start right away. Let the Windows updates get done first. After than, load Lenovo Advantage and let it tell you what it wants. It had three updates for me, including the BIOS. All went just as it should and after a couple of restarts, like all update cycles seem to require, the machine is working like a champ... for now. My luck seems to be snake-bit (Old Southern Term) with these machines so we'll see how long this good fortune continues. But for now, I am a happy camper. Silent running and really tiny compared to the old tower it replaced.

After 2 hours of use on second booting it cannot startup and gives massage "Error1962 No Operating System Found", after research online I found that hard drive is bad. 04,05,2025 I’ve contacted the seller several times and left messages but have received no response. I also sent multiple emails without any reply. I cannot return this computer while it still contains my personal information. Returning a device without wiping it poses serious risks this is how personal accounts like bank or social security can be hacked. Do not trust this seller. A computer is not something you can simply return like any other item, especially when it contains sensitive data. I've purchased used computers from other websites before, and the sellers always responded promptly to my inquiries. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here.

Was a bit disappointed when I discovered that it didn't come with a DVD Rom when it clearly says it does. Other than that seems to be a great little machine.

A really good deal. It has been in use for a year now and no problems. My only minor gripe is that there we scratches on the plastic cover where a CD/DVD would go. Not a big enough issue for me to fret about.

No issues have been found so far with this refurbished product. I am pleased with the product and the amount of memory installed with large hard drive more than satisfied my requirements for this purchase. Will consider using this group again for next system purchase.

This is my third Lenovo desktop. A couple of years ago I was forced by my company to buy a new one with a TPM chip for increased security even though mine was still working great. I work a lot from home so wanted my house PC to mirror my office PC as much as possible. My office PC was recently upgraded to Windows 11 but my home PC could not be since it didn’t have the TPM chip. Thus, I was looking for an inexpensive Windows 11 PC with comparable specifications as my work PC. This model was the exact same model as my work computer with Windows 11 Pro plus increased RAM, hard drive, and faster Intel processor at 30% of what I paid for my other one. Very easy setup. It felt like setting up a new Apple device which carried over all my data from my old computer through my Microsoft ID. Very happy so far!

Did not have the optical drive installed as advertised. I used the computer 2 days and it crashed. Windows 11 will not reinstall. Deciding what to do.

Though this computer is refurbished, it is good as new. There was no scratches or marks on the case. Opening the case revealed an interior with no dust at all. All the components matched the specifications. Booted up and went right into Win11 setup. Good value for price vs. specs.

Hasta ahora ha funcionado de maravilla. Llevo como medio año con ella y no he tenido problemas. Tenia mis reservas debido a que nunca había comprado un artículo así en tiendas digitales pero debo decir que me impresionó, especialmente por la relación calidad precio. La ocupo para producción musical así como edición de video (con moderación), hasta me he puesto a jugar juegos en steam (optimizados, claro). Si bien yo sé que hay mucho mejores en el mercado, y lo mejor es armar la tuya esta te puede sacar de apuros si ocupas algo costeable. Si solamente vas a hacer tareas generales esto te saca de sobra lo que ocupes.

No sirvió, no tengo salida de vídeo, incluso compré un cable especial tratando de resolver el problema, lo probé en 3 monitores y ese no fue el problema, he buscado un teléfono de atención al cliente y no lo encuentro, necesito cambiarlo o devolverlo

muy buen equipo, el único detalle es que no factura
