Game changer
I wanted to take one of the weight loss drugs that are so popular now but my insurance does not cover any of them. That being said, I read that Berberine had some of the same benefits. At first I did not see any change but after a few weeks I noticed that my cravings not only for food but also alchohol became much less and I slowly began to lose weight. I’ve gotten nauseous from taking both pills on an empty stomach and also taking it with a meal so I had to space it out it was easy to swallow I got energy but I haven’t lost any weight or notice any changes just yet
