This Gotrax hoverboard kart seat attachment has been an awesome upgrade and easily one of the best accessories we’ve bought for our hoverboard. Assembly was straightforward and took about 15–20 minutes, with all the parts fitting together well and feeling solid once tightened. I paired it with an 8.5” hoverboard and the fit was perfect — the frame clamps on securely and doesn’t shift or loosen during rides. The seat is surprisingly comfortable with decent padding, and the adjustable length makes it great for both kids and adults, which is a big plus in our house. Steering is smooth and very intuitive using the hand controls, and it feels much more stable and confidence-boosting than riding the hoverboard standing up, especially for kids. It rides best on smooth pavement or indoor floors, but that’s expected and doesn’t take away from the fun. Overall, it completely transforms a regular hoverboard into a go-kart-style ride that’s safe, sturdy, and ridiculously fun. My daughter loves it and I can also sit there even as adult. totally love it!

This turns your Hoverboard into a Go-cart. It is extremely well made, and is sturdy,.and durable. We've had ours since Christmas '25.and it is still in perfect condition. The seat is comfortable for kids through at least medium size adult (that's all we've tried). It is easy to maneuver & is fun. Your.success at the Hovercart experience will.ultimately.depend on the type of Hoverboard you have.

This attachment completely changed the way we use our hoverboard. Turning it into a small go-kart makes it much easier to control and a lot more fun to ride. The frame feels sturdy and the assembly was pretty straightforward. Once installed, steering with the handles is very intuitive. Great accessory if you already have a hoverboard.

I purchased my son the gotrax hoverboard kart attachment and gotrax hoverboard together for Christmas. I bought these two together assuming, wrongly, that since they were made by the same company they would work more seamlessly together. It's now mid-January and my son hasn't been able to use the product because the straps they provided to attach the hoverboard to the cart are entirely too long. When in use, they drag the ground and the hoverboard becomes detached from the kart, which is extremely unsafe. Instead of immediately returning the product, I contacted their customer service as they request that you do on a card that came with the product. I explained the issue very clearly, just as I have here. Instead of simply supplying me with straps that fit, which would resolve the problem, they've asked me multiple times now for follow up information including taking photos and videos of what can very plainly be understood as the problem here. I will come back and update this review if they eventually make this right, but for now I intend to return mine and I'd strongly recommend not buying from this company. If they can't make their own hoverboard and attachment compatible with each other, and need photos and videos to see that they are not compatible with each other, it is more trouble than it's worth.

My son was scared to ride his hoverboard but after some practice learning to steer safely he wants to ride it all the time now! Im very happy I stumbled across this invention or the money I spent on his board wld be a waste. Hes still going slow while leaning to steer but I already know once he gets the hang of it he will be speeding down the street and drifting around the corners. I couldn't resist hopping on it and taking it for a spin and it was amazing! The ride is a little rough but between the cement and the hard plastic sear that is to be expected. The thrill is def worth a sore toosh

A little bit of a challenge to put together but my 12 year old son LOVES it! Best gift ever!! Highly recommend!

It is stable and safer than riding a hoverboard normally. It has decent speed but can’t really get to the point where it is unsafe. (Good for the kiddos) you can steer sharply and gradually while not able to yeet you off. It is fun and can teach your kids motor skills. It has good design, compatible with most hoverboards. It is functional and acts as advertised. I would highly recommend this hoverboard.
